When it was brought back it looked great. Pot has in it and tried to start. Nothing! I called and they can't right back to get it. They said the spark plug was in wrong. I thought there was only one way. They fixed and brought back. I started it up. Yes it started but barely sputtered. Runs worse than before they picked it up. I will run but barely and stalls out. Got back to me quickly, and came out to give a bid that same night. Price proposed was excellent, and they were able to come within just a couple days for the service call. Communication was great (and professional) when they needed to reschedule their arrival time. Work was done fast, professionally, and well. And, when work wasn't as much as anticipated, we weren't even charged the full bid amount--honest and ethical workmen. We're already having them come back to do a second job for us. I dropped a chain saw off to be fixed. The oil was clogged and wasn't oiling the chain and I said…read morethe chain don't cut through anything and needed to be sharpened or replaced. I picked it up and specifically asked if everything was fixed. They said yes. I went to use it today and the chain is dull and wouldn't cut through anything. I went back in and told them and they treated me very poorly. Said it was my fault. The receipt specifically states they checked the chain. Then they tried to say I used it after it got fixed and dulled it up. I used it for 20 seconds but it didn't work. This business is a joke. Steer clear.
