The communication, scheduling, assistance with my questions and the customer service on the day of spraying; was exceptional. In particular, the two technicians that came out to my place, Aaron and Tyler, were awesome with their customer service and attitude. I had a sprinkler head that was leaking and had caused some significant pooling of water in the soil around the head. This would have caused a big problem and the seed in the area around it, would have eroded away. Aaron and Tyler assisted me with digging it up, figuring out where the leak was coming from and getting it fixed; all while they were on a busy schedule this time of year. Green Gro has been a fabulous company to work with. Not even two full days after we got our hydroseeding, the rains came. Not just your normal everyday rain but downpour- torrential-crazy-never have seen this type of rain!! This was not their fault and they never know what mother nature will do. Couldn't be happier with the way our lawn turned out! We really debated between sod and hydroseed, so glad we decided to go with the hydroseed.
