The process isn't without its hiccups; no mankind has ever built a home without hiccups. Though minor, they were promptly dealt with in a professional manner, because they genuinely care. We've grown into our home with more rambunctious kids now for some time, stress tested it for a handful of years, and can say it's been an absolute joy living in a Duke built home. But seriously, we see homes all the time that took the easy way out -- cheap products, shortcuts in the process, corners cut where you can't see them yet but you will. Thanks to Duke Building, I can stand tall and proud as I arrive home every day knowing that what's behind the walls is just as solid as what you see in front of you. No mysteries. No "well that's interesting" discoveries three years later. Just a well-built home that keeps its promises long after the keys are handed over. Riley runs a team that actually takes ownership. He claimed it was from cleaning out his truck after camping(why are you cleaning your truck when I'm paying you to fix things?) I'm starting to figure out he was lieing for sure because we keep finding bottle caps everywhere. Definitely do not waste your money.

Skyler was very professional and extremely communicative with me every step of the way. They reinforced some areas of the deck as a well as refinishing it. They also installed a front porch railing to assist my mom in ascending her porch steps. She loved the work. Recently, after the heavy snows this year, the deck started peeling up in spots. This was also possibly due to her dog repeatedly urinating on it in the winter. Contacted Skyler and they did an amazing job on sanding and cleaning it up as well as resealing it. He gave us a fair price and it looks wonderful. My mom is super happy with it. I would say the best thing about this company is the constant communication on progress and/or issues.
