We chose Legacy because it is a local, independent business and he did a wonderful job on our first project, a storage shed for our backyard. The price he quoted was reasonable and fair. The final price was close to the original quote. However, the project took twice as long to complete. Nevertheless, as we saw the progress of the project and the high quality of work being done, we became less concerned about the timeline of completion. We are extremely pleased with the aesthetics of our new living space. More importantly, we watched the construction of Michael's work. He was cognitive of cost, yet he never compromised on the quality and workmanship. Shortly after the job was completed, we had our HVAC technician come in to clean our furnance. The firt thing he said was, "Wow, what a beautiful floor!" Everyone that walks into our basement mentions how beautiful everything turned out. The bathroom with a full size walk-in shower looks far more expensive than it actually cost.
