Skyler was very professional and extremely communicative with me every step of the way. They reinforced some areas of the deck as a well as refinishing it. They also installed a front porch railing to assist my mom in ascending her porch steps. She loved the work. Recently, after the heavy snows this year, the deck started peeling up in spots. This was also possibly due to her dog repeatedly urinating on it in the winter. Contacted Skyler and they did an amazing job on sanding and cleaning it up as well as resealing it. He gave us a fair price and it looks wonderful. My mom is super happy with it. I would say the best thing about this company is the constant communication on progress and/or issues. I called with an urgent issue: my water heater had stopped working over the weekend. On Sunday…read moremorning all we had was cold water. I called Lee's Plumbing first thing Monday morning. They took my call right away, said they understood my urgency and would see if they could get someone to me quickly. It turned out they were able to do so! The fellas they sent worked quickly and described the issue along with giving some tips on how to prevent the issue from reoccurring. By 1pm on Monday afternoon my water heater was back up and running! All told I was charged $180 and I'd do it again given the circumstances. I also appreciated that they called a few weeks or so later to make sure that the issue remained resolved! The next time I need a plumber in Cache Valley? I'm calling Lee's!
