Instead of the endless sales pitch, he walked me through the options and recommended the best solution based on what I actually needed. The service was scheduled quickly and he installed the new opener efficiently. Once the job was finished, he cleaned up all the packaging and debris from the installation, which I definitely appreciated. I turned to Yelp and found this company and sent them a note for a quote. Early next morning I get a text to set up an appointment. They sent a fair price and wanted to set up an appointment for the following Monday from 10-noon. "5" stars to this point. I scheduled some personal time to be home for the appointment. This is where it gets a bit hairy. At 12:20 I send a text to see if they are still coming. Response back is that tech was delayed and will be there in about an hour. 2:08 pm I send a note to see if everything is okay? Another apology and they think he is almost done at the job before mine. ETA of 30-40 minutes or an offer to re-schedule. Cannot really reschedule since I took time off. 3:20pm I send a note that no tech has showed up. He arrives about 5 minutes later. Tech has the job done in about 40 minutes. I go to pay him and he tells me he doesn't have the ability to take Venmo or a check. I reach out to the anonymous text and am told they can take a CC for a 3% fee. Woof. Instead they email me a bill and I go find a checkbook and a stamp. The actual spring replacement was great and quick. I really didn't like being the one chasing down my appointment and felt that if someone is going to be late (or late again, or again) they should be reaching out to me.

It has an open floor plan and updated appliances. Apartments have two dishwashers and two refrigerators. It's nice to have covered parking. The front desk staff is always willing to help or find someone who can help. This is my second summer here.

Kept referring me back to leasing office only for them to say conservice was the only one with answers after the phone call I basically had to give up cause no one was actually helping, even after I asked to be elevated to someone who could help. Completely waste of time and energy. Basically you just have to pay, even if you were over charged. Customer service didn't care in anyway. Barely understand them thru heavy accent. they can just charge you and not explain why trash was $70 vs $30 as usual.
