They used a matte ceiling paint to touch up my already painted semi gloss trim and doors. I pointed it out and they still didn't fix it. They got paint on light fixtures, outlets, and on my flooring, both carpet and hard surface. They dragged a 2 to 3 day job over a whole week period because they would only work 2-3 hours a day. They charged me by the hour, I kept track of their hours and they overcharged me by 6 hours. When I asked them to fix the missed and messed up areas he yelled at me until I was in tears. five days after they left they threatened to take us to court because we hadn't paid them yet. My husband only paid them because they knew where we lived and was worried they would come back. Save your time and money, and do not hire them!

We've had two really different experiences with Dr. Sprinkler. The first was FANTASTIC. The second…read morewas disappointing. So I'm grading them right in the middle. They are quick to respond and always courteous. The first visit was great. They diagnosed our problems for a reasonable cost. We were fast-made loyal customers. I'm not sure what happened on the second visit, honestly. We told them to "do whatever they needed to do" to fix our system. Our dog had dug up a section and chewed it. But we had a family problem arise and had to leave. When we came back, they'd left a bill, but our sprinkler line was still dug up and sprayed right at the fence line. They fixed the broken head, but the rest was - undone, essentially. We couldn't believe they'd tested the system when one head sprayed directly at the fence. We've chalked that up to bad communication and want to try the service again. So, I suppose my review contains a warning: stay on site during repair and communicate regularly with the crew.
