They were able to find most of the plants we were looking for. They communicated very well and were prompt in their responses. Their team was polite and friendly. We liked what we saw at our neighbor's house and were interested in potentially hiring them, but after having the same experience two years in a row, the lack of communication and follow-through is disappointing.
