I spent time looking and investigating several tree service companies to cut down my old dying apple tree. I called, texted, and emailed 5 highly rated companies, 2 didn't even bother to respond. 2 others did respond and came out to give their estimates. It's kind of surprising the different ranges these groups charge. One guy was very concerned about some cement in the tree and had all sorts of excuses - I could only think to myself: it's your profession, be a man and stop whining. Finally, I found Adrian's! He responded quickly to my call, he came out when he said he would. He looked over the services needed, and gave me a reasonable estimate. He and his crew came as scheduled and were very professional in cutting down the tree. I was very impressed with how methodical and careful they were, especially since the tree was near the house! But man do I tell you Robert can get so much done even in a day ! We were thoroughly impressed with his work. If we didn't like something or if we noticed something and pointed it out to him, he would fix it. Another thing that we really loved about them is their communication. We always knew when Robert was coming or going. There were no surprises of what time he was gonna show up, which with another company, we had nothing but issues and had no idea when they would show up and do work that was not the case with these guys!! They were both very professional and anytime we made adjustments They provided an updated estimate. Robert would even show us what he did at the end of each day as well. We initially contacted them for one big job in our basement, and we were so impressed with their work that we had them come back for 4 different jobs. I really only had one single complaint if you can even call it that. But sometimes Robert would use things without asking. When it was first installed he told me it had an amazing warranty and if it broke it would be mostly covered. It broke 3 months later. He came and fixed it, it broke 3 months later. He was unable to fix it for several days. It worked for a while then it broke major, they charged us an arm and a leg to fix it even with the warranty. So I decided that I would use a new HVAC service for my next repair and the HVAC tech that came to service it told us that almost nothing was up to code on our heater. Today and the final straw our carbon monoxide detector was going off so we had the gas company come and look at it they told us that more than likely the carbon monoxide was backing up into our heater because the vent for the heater was not installed properly or up to code because he used the same vent for our heater and water heater and it's not supposed to do that. If you really care about "Your comfort", your wallet and your families safety find another HVAC company.
