A job that was estimated to be 3 days took 7 weeks, and came in 60% over the bid. I'll be spending quite a bit of time and a good chunk of cash cleaning up the finish work. To top it off on of their suppliers slapped a lien on our house when I paid them in full for the supplies when they were ordered (They wouldn't deliver without payment), and didn't tell us. We found out when a refinance was being done. It totally screwed up release of the funds. I try to give people the benefit of the doubt, but this was beyond incompetence.

Thinking he was the guy I was expecting I let him into our home and he started giving us a quote. The other guys showed up and gave us a quote that was quite a bit more than what we had been giving. Levi is personable and was excited to give us a deal while his equipment was already in the area. Very fair deal and I'm very impressed with the speed and the friendliness of his crew. But man do I tell you Robert can get so much done even in a day ! We were thoroughly impressed with his work. If we didn't like something or if we noticed something and pointed it out to him, he would fix it. Another thing that we really loved about them is their communication. We always knew when Robert was coming or going. There were no surprises of what time he was gonna show up, which with another company, we had nothing but issues and had no idea when they would show up and do work that was not the case with these guys!! They were both very professional and anytime we made adjustments They provided an updated estimate. Robert would even show us what he did at the end of each day as well. We initially contacted them for one big job in our basement, and we were so impressed with their work that we had them come back for 4 different jobs. I believe them to be extremely reasonably priced. They were a tad more than another company that we looked at, however, we are so glad that we went with these guys over them. I really only had one single complaint if you can even call it that. But sometimes Robert would use things without asking. (One Example: our nice kitchen broom to clean up construction dust) we just bought a new one and didn't say anything cause it's not a huge deal, but do wish he would have asked as we had another broom that could have been utilized for a dirty job. But seriously I would hire these guys again in a heartbeat!

I needed to get my front flowerbed replaced. The soil was full of crabgrass and the blocks were…read moreshifting. It had been neglected for years. The job was done very well. Great eye for detail. Claudio made sure everything was clean, straight and nicely finished. It was exactly what I wanted and could have hoped for. Nothing was overlooked and no corners were cut at all. It gave me the impression that he was doing the job as if he was doing it for his grandmother and wanted to be proud of the final product. The only reason that it's not 5 stars is because scheduling was hard to predict. I didn't really know when the job was going to happen. It made me nervous and gave me unneeded stress. My wife wanted me to cancel and try someone else. In the end, I'm glad that Claudio and his crew were the ones I stuck with.
