He asked for all monies to be paid even though the job was not done, and we did. Big mistake on our part. We hired him to fix sprinklers and landscaping damaged, caused when we had a walk-out basement installed. He has only came out 1 or 2 times at the time and day he said he would. He complained to us that the people putting in the walkout didn't leave the sprinkler pipes exposed, so it caused him time to find them, even though this was known at the outset that this was the case, that he was going to have to find them, which was part of the scope of the work needed. Then he complained about his curbing guy stood him up and he had already paid them, and we waited weeks for him to try to figure out what to do, so we finally took the ball and ran with it and got our own guy to do the curbing, so the project could move forward. So now he was dragging his feet over getting sod to replace grass missing, even though it clearly states in the estimate using sod or seed. When we spoke verbally in person, he mentioned about plugs, but he even said that plugs wouldn't work as well, and we agreed that we wanted sod, and he agreed he would get sod. And the kind of grass we have doesn't grow from seed. So now he has lied to us that he had picked up sod and was coming out to install. We waited all day long for him to show up, and then he said he was still coming. Never showed up, no communication as to why, nothing. This is not an isolated incident either. Multiple times no communication and no show. He has said a few times that he had major emergency incidents causing the no shows and inability to do it when he said he would, but still no communication to us about any of that, and multiple times we have waited for him, not knowing what is going on. Now we are taking the ball back again and getting someone else to come and do the sod, because this has gone on and on, with no end in sight, and no communication. Not professional at all, even though he claims to be. So again, if you can deal with this, go ahead and use him. This is an honest review, I don't normally do reviews, I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but figured that this has to be done, to warn others.

We understood there would be delays due to covid and were told to expect work to take 6 months due to covid but we were ok with that. Our project is now going on 16 months and still not complete. It took a few months to get Luke, the owner, out to go over issues we have with the quality of work. He inspected the work and said he would get things together to correct the problems. It is now going on 4 months and nothing has been done. We have tried calling owner on his cell, texted him and left messages on his voicemail as well as their office voicemail. No one responds. Communication has been very lacking during the project and now there is no communication. Wondering if they are still in business. We checked out reviews on Premier, before we decided to use them, and they had very good reviews. They told us that we could get the job done cheaper with other contractors but it would not be the quality of work they would provide. So far, we have inferior quality of work at a high price and project has not been completed. Looking like our project has been abandoned. We strongly do not recommend them.

No communication, MANY empty promises and work that has been completed has to be redone as its such poor quality. Latest word from them was promised it would be completed by end of October and I can't tell you the last time they were here to complete anything. A HUGE disappointment for sure. Its 11/2 and it still just sits - lawn is destroyed from the pipe trenches they dug and sat for months, supplies laying everywhere, and we are left to just deal with it. Claudio made sure everything was clean, straight and nicely finished. It was exactly what I wanted and could have hoped for. Nothing was overlooked and no corners were cut at all. It gave me the impression that he was doing the job as if he was doing it for his grandmother and wanted to be proud of the final product. The only reason that it's not 5 stars is because scheduling was hard to predict. I didn't really know when the job was going to happen. It made me nervous and gave me unneeded stress. My wife wanted me to cancel and try someone else. In the end, I'm glad that Claudio and his crew were the ones I stuck with.
