Their customer service and support exceeds expectations and is the best I have seen in this industry in over 20 years and three states we lived in and replaced similar systems. Last spring they relaced our heater / AC with new high efficiency Lennox units and today they replaced our two water heaters with Rheem units. Both installs were done professionally and their install staff are the best, brightest, respectful, and honest. Kudos to Nate who did our install today! We have a bit of a steep grade in our yard (for golf) so they brought in extra leveling sand and did a great job creating a nice putting area for us. The care and detail they gave to each of the three holes they put in was really impressive to watch. They did an absolutely fantastic job and we couldn't be happier. We also had a small section where we already had some turf for our dog, and they had leftover turf that we'd already paid for, so they replaced what we had with a turf that matched the rough of our new putting green. We have a corner lot so we had a lot to do and these guys offered a great deal to get this done. Moving the sprinkler system into the yard ended up being the biggest challenge of this project-trying to find the lines that went under the side walk so they could be rerouted was like looking for a needle in a haystack. But three days of work and the mow strip looks amazing and we didn't have to break our backs getting this all done by ourselves. So if you are looking for a great deal these two guys offer great prices compared to their competitors.
