So after talking to him, I learned that a toilet replacement is not at all difficult, and nor is a rebuild, and he would be happy to do either for just his hourly rate. DO NOT HIRE THEM, they cut a tree down for my neighbor and dropped it on my power line causing an electrical fire. I had to replace the entire electrical in the home, they were not insured (they said they were but when I checked Utah licensing I found that they were not). This resulted in me having to pay a lot to fix damages they caused. The remodel I did hire them to do was done poorly and had to be redone. This company is very dishonest and would not pass a background check, they are not licensed or insured.
