I'll create an account for you to book the appointment. Can you please provide me with your complete name, address, phone number, and email address?" I received another email that said should we book this for a time between 4-6? when they had already said they were booking this slot for me. I provided all of the information they asked for and today when I wrote them to confirm, they said the appointment is not available. Very disappointing as I had called several companies to come out and give me a bid on this electrical project. Why promise an appointment and then go back on what you have already said?
