We ask them about installing a Generac generator and decided to get a generator installed. One problem was that there was, part of our landscaping included a sizable red rock bounder in the area where the generator was to be installed. When they came out to install the generator, they moved the boulder to a different location and the team that came out to install the generator was great. The technicians were knowledgeable, super professional and walked us through on how to take care of the generator and what to do if any problem arose. We know have less worries that if power goes out for an extended period of time, we will have power coming to the home.

When Jason arrived I showed him the issue and provided the part. He told me if he used the manufacturer's part his services wouldn't be warranted. He said he would use his part and he'd never need to come out again. After two attempts with his part and running hot water for 20-30 minutes he said it was fixed. It wasn't until after he left that I realized the drain he installed doesn't fit the strainer basket nor did he leave me with one. Not having a disposal this is critical in maintaining proper plumbing. Now I'm searching the internet to find an aftermarket sink strainer that will fit. For the cost and time I wish he would've used the part I had.
