Oof. I do not trust Any Hour Services…read more * Quoted $1600 to replace the furnace blower motor -- another company did it for $750. * Claimed heat exchanger had a hole (quoted $4700 to replace). Two diagnoses by other companies could find no hole, only corrosion. * Claimed heat exchanger wasn't under warranty. It was. Confirmed with the manufacturer. * Claimed the AC compressor motor insulation resistance was testing bad indicating near end of life for the compressor. Independent tests confirmed the Any Hour technician performed the procedure incorrectly, and that the insulation resistance was in good range. Additional details: The tech claimed there was a hole in the heat exchanger (found via camera scope) which could allow carbon monoxide leakage and he was legally required to disclose this. Used language like "he didn't want to scare us, but..." Two diagnoses from other certified technicians from other companies also with camera scopes found no hole. Just some corrosion. The technician claimed the heat exchanger would not be covered under warranty if replacing. I confirmed with the manufacturer that it was. The technician claimed the AC compressor was "testing weak" evidenced by "bad" insulation resistance readings, which might indicate a soon-to-fail compressor and the need for a new AC unit (potentially another $5000+). As evidence the technician sent a video showing holding the power button for about 3 seconds, then releasing just as the resistance builds to 60 megohms, the final level in the "caution" zone. The problem is the meter's manual calls for holding the power button for a full 10 seconds as the resistance builds while voltage is applied. Independent testing with the same model of meter and held for the full 10 seconds shows the resistance building to 400 megohms, well within the "good" range. (see attached videos, one of the technician's test, another with an independent test with the same model meter). If having Any Hour Services quote you anything, I HIGHLY recommend 1-2 independent quotes from smaller HVAC shops.

I found all aboard by looking at reviews online for a good plumber and now I can add my 5 star to…read morethe list. I was impressed from the first with Jackson, the technician who came to give us quote on repairs at our rental house. He was kind and professional as he checked the issue and also observed and quoted several other needed repairs. The quotes were clear and quick. He did such a good job that I called him when we ran into some repairs above our skill level at our residence. He arrived on time, diagnosed the issues, gave me several quote options for additional items and had the jobs finished within a few hours. I have been very pleased with my interactions with all aboard. I will be calling their office to chat with Zach (also pleasant and easy to work with) and request that they send Jackson if I run into any additional issues. Thanks for being good at what you do!

The available service opening wasn't as fast as we hoped (a ~week later than my call) so our…read morewashing machine connection was delayed, but estimates for faster service we got from a couple other plumbers we have used before was over $150 more expensive. I liked however that John, once on site, was able to scope out some best case and "worst case" cost scenarios for the repair. So I feel they were fair about their diagnosis process. A couple hours later everything was cleaned well, tested well, and our connections were working again. I'm glad we learned about All Aboard first for their electrician services bc they also delivered great plumbing service (aside from a tight availability calendar anyhow). 4.5

Please please please sort by the lowest reviews. Many of those reviews summarize my experience with…read morethis company! Dishonest, unethical, incompetent. Zero accountability full of excuses and do the minimum amount necessary but charge nearly triple other companies. I'm posting this to warn people actively looking for any sort of home repairs etc until I can write a more thorough summary of my experience. They were cited for safety violations and unlawful activity related to my electrical job stemming from not grounding any of the electrical in the basement, which was exactly what I hired them for (among other things). Finally demanded an inspection after they left old wires in the attic and they've had to come Numerous times for missed areas and other oversights. Had to have them come back several times to correct shoddy and unsafe electrical work noted when I finally got an inspection. They took me for over $30,000 and even after all of this they won't refund me even though I completely have 0 confidence in their job and they've been cited by the division of professional licensing. Even the inspector was in disbelief with how much they took from me. They wanted me to sign a release agreeing I would not post reviews etc for a partial and small refund but I declined so I can protect others. They will charge you nearly $10000 for a $1000 furnace.
