Highly recommend them for all your roofing needs! As an extra bonus - his workers were respectful to each other, worked well together and seemed to enjoy each other's company. They didn't want to use the company that had done their home a few years earlier due to very poor communication and not showing up as agreed.  These guys had great reviews and are a local small business so I gave them a call. Roberto answered and made an appointment to come out right away and do an estimate. He gave them a great price and was able to start the following Monday morning. He came when they said, communicated every step of the way and did a great job. They even cut down some tree limbs that were hanging over the garage and hauled them away for no extra charge. My parents were very happy and wouldn't hesitate to use these guys again and will refer them to family, friends and neighbors.

They were able to schedule us immediately once we received all the bids, and the project took roughly 9 weeks from start to final walkthrough. Utah Basements was the second highest bid received, partly because they did not do the flooring (which we got through RC Willey). Communicating with Todd was very convenient, and he responded quickly to text, email, and messages through the UBKB online client portal, where we formally documented design changes. Victor was on site most days and was extremely professional and very friendly. He answered all of our questions, gave helpful suggestions, and always contacted us when there was an issue or he needed direction. Once materials were in, the crew made fantastic progress framing, plumbing, and electrical. The rest of the process went very smoothly, with the minor exception that a bunch of paint touch ups were needed, but those were taken care of immediately. Overall we had a top-notch experience with Todd, Victor and UBKB, couldn't be happier with the final product, and would definitely recommend them if you need a basement finished!

Five‑Star Review for Rainbow Roofing (Ogden, Utah) 801-644-8952…read moreRainbow Roofing has earned my complete trust after multiple projects, and they continue to impress me with their professionalism, quality, and genuine customer service. I've had two roofs replaced by them, and both jobs were done with excellent workmanship, fair pricing, and zero issues. One of the homes was over 100 years old with a steep, high‑pitched roof, and Rainbow Roofing handled it with skill and care. The work was scheduled promptly, completed in a reasonable timeframe, and the results were outstanding. The other roof has held up beautifully for 15 years, and when two shingles blew off during extremely high winds and heavy rain, Rainbow Roofing came out the same day I called and reattached them--no hassle, no runaround. Every time I call, a real person answers the phone, which is rare these days and speaks volumes about how they run their business. They are honest, reliable, and truly local--exactly the kind of company you want working on your home. I recommend Rainbow Roofing to friends, family, and anyone looking for quality roofing work from a company that stands behind what they do.

The team carefully color-matched the paint and designed the building to complement an existing structure. One item later needed attention, and Wright Sheds handled it professionally and completed the repair to my satisfaction. That kind of follow-through says a great deal about a company.
