DeBella Sales Team Leader, Paul Mobley came to our home to discuss the needs for a new roof. He took photos of the roof, which showed some issues of the roof's condition. We viewed several styles of roofing, colors, and much more. Paul wenst over the finance options and more. We decided to get a new roof. The day the roofing crew arrived (a cold day with some snow and ice on the roof) they removed two-layers of old roofing and quickly began to install the new roof, venting pipes and more. Believe this! The crew, under the guidance of the supervisor, Javier, finished the whole project in ONE DAY! When completed Javier showed us photos and a video of the completed roofing project. AMAZING! And they cleaned-up everything afterwards and used a large magnet to collect all the old nails and screws. A fantastic job. Financing was great, We got a fantastic interest rate on a 15-year loan. I recommend DeBella to anyone. The company had also installed new gutters on our home a few months before. I initially contacted DaBella for an estimate and set up an appointment. No one showed up or called when our appointment time came and went. The following day, I received another call to schedule an estimate. I let them know I had already set up an appointment and no one showed up. They set up another time and were on time this time. The sales guys were very nice and informative, but our initial experience of lack of communication just setting up the estimate should have been a red flag from the beginning. We agreed to be flexible with the installation date so they got started over a month earlier than originally planned, which was fine, but they rescheduled the start date three times in one day. These would be the only phone calls I would ever receive from the DaBella office. Zero care is shown for our yard from the moment they arrived. The siding install crew didn't cover our front garden, so we have tons of tiny styrofoam pieces that will now be a permanent fixture in our front garden/bark that we just finished working on this spring. A lot of my flowers were also trampled so a good portion of my garden is non existent now. My flower pots became garbage cans and a stand for their microwave. We have solar panels and when we initially asked about the power panels on the side of the house, we were ensured the crew is certified and it wouldn't be a problem working on the siding there. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case and a section of the old siding was left behind the panels for us to have to now spend more time and money to build something around it to cover it up. Lots of nails and trash were left after their extensive "clean up" when they were done with the siding project. I wish communication was better with this company. Each time I have called customer service, they tell me they'll look into it but never get back to me. It's extremely frustrating to receive a text that our install has been scheduled. No date/time, nothing to tell me when the gutters would be installed once the siding was finished. They just show up within the next day or two of receiving their text and start working without even talking to us. No inspections after they're done, they just show up and expect you to sign the completion paperwork. If you didn't know any better, you'd be signing papers when there are a lot of things that need to be fixed. Tyvek showing, nails and screws used to secure footholds for them on the roof, flashing installed incorrectly. We're lucky we have a friend that knows exactly what to look for that came over to look things over with the siding crew manager to get them fixed. The downspout in the back of the house was installed facing the house. When the man showed up with the completion papers, I showed it to him and he acted surprised that I didn't want the water to flow toward the house. We were also told our two back doors would be wrapped but it wasn't done and I haven't heard back on that after multiple phone calls. Piles of debris, metal pieces, nails, and screws from what was in the gutters all over the front walkway, in the garden, and in the back yard. Considering the amount of money we are paying, the quality of work and communication would be stellar. During our initial meeting with our sales guys, they asked what two things are the most important during a process like this. I told them quality and communication. The siding looks great, but quite frankly, if I knew what our experience was going to be, I would have gone with another company. My fear is now I will have a whole new set of problems caused by laziness and cutting corners. read more

Most unprofessional door-to-door sales people I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. From the moment they arrived, they lacked respect of personal boundaries and were repeatedly forceful in their attempts to enter and waltz around my home. Aside from an inability to take NO as an answer, they were also manipulative and insulting about my hesitancy to pay for their overpriced windows. They asked about my income and insinuated I was dumb for not being willing to pay their price if my income really was what I said it was. When I called them out for their behavior and let them know it was time to leave, they blamed their company's processes for the ways that they treated me in my home. The only thing worse than their lack of accountability for their unprofessional behavior is the fact that this company allows people like this to represent them. They were in my driveway continuing to discount the price after I'd already kicked them out of my house. The last price they gave before realizing I wouldn't do business with them at any price was less than 1/3 of the price they initially quoted inside my home. I'd strongly recommend against working with this company. That being said, if you are going to work with them, make sure you kick them out before you sign anything. They give you their best price in the driveway - but only after calling their manager twice to explain that they're about to lose the deal. Note to DaBella: Had your reps skipped the games and given me their best price from the beginning, in all likelihood I would have signed tonight. The final price felt fair, and knowing I could get further rebates would have made this a good deal for me. Unfortunately, your sales people had lost all credibility by the time they gave me a real quote. Out of principle, I refuse to reward these sales tactics and so despite it being a good deal in the end I simply don't feel good doing business with your company. read more

They are only interested in making a sale. The contractors did an excellent job. But what I wanted and specified to the salespeople is not what I got. Now I have spent a lot of money to be unhappy for the rest of my life. When I called to ask a question one of the sale people had already left the company. So I called the other sales lady and she was very rude to me - wanting to know who I was and how I got her phone number. She did not relay my concern to anybody but she did pass me on the somebody who also didn't care. I would never recommend this company to anybody. UPDATE: So Xavier was quick to respond to my review. He left his phone number for me to call him. Well I did. Twice today and I was on hold for over 40 minutes each time. I still will not recommend this company to anybody and I wish I could give a -5 star review. read more

It has been a long time since I have dealt with a business like this, and I hope to God it will be the last. I was looking for a quote on siding for my home, and then they started talking about windows on if I have a lifetime warranty. I said I have a lifetime warranty as that is why I bought them, so he started with the everyone's lifetime warranty is not really a warranty...blah, blah, blah Then as he knows I am getting numerous quotes and discuss options and what kind of payment do I want to be at. I said forget about the payment I just want a quote and we started out in the 40K area, and in the end we were down to 24K. Again how is your credit as we can get great financing on great credit. Like I do not know this. I told them I have walked out of Auto dealerships many times for the crap they are doing, and finally they left. At 0800 the very next morning from their office saying Hi Gregg we were just out there, how old is your siding, as we have some other alternatives. I said you guys were just out here and know all of the information and hung up. In the afternoon I got another phone call from them with the same BS, and I told them to never contact me again. I blocked their number and would never deal with such a low life company as this that hounds you, and I still have others coming to give me bids. They are rude, arrogant, and a piece of crap. read more

Pushy, won't take no for an answer. Over pressured sales tactics. VERY over priced. Spent 2 hours listening to an pushy pitch and when I said no they spent the next 45 minutes telling me why I was wrong. Needed to feed my 3 Month old and they wouldn't leave, Got a different quote for the same product for $15,000 less. So do your research and shop around. Don't let these people talk you into something on the first visit. They then proceeded to call me everyday for 7 days! I finally blocked the numbers and asked them to put me on the do not call list. The salesperson wouldn't give me a bid. A lot of pressure to sign a contract with them. Wouldn't take no for an answer. VERY over priced. When I tried to cancel my order, which their contract said I could, the salesperson and the supervisor showed up at my door and pressured me into not cancelling even after saying I didn't want or need the siding. Lied continually about how bad I needed to get it done, things like rotting wood under existing siding, black mold, and probably full of hornets and ants. None or which were true when the contractors took off existing siding on my house. They also never answer their phone, nor do they return a call. Keep away from them. Update: they still won't answer or call us back. Numerous reports and investigations have been filed and made. Still dealing with this nightmare. We've tried calling and fixing the issue again when they commented. It led to customer service and they would always state that he was not in office and would call back but it's been 7 months and he hasn't. We've also called and left numerous voicemails with no call back. We've had to file a claim with warranty and send in all of our PROOF they installed the wrong windows. There is still an active investigation from the lender. They are trying to make us pay over $12k for the wrong, lesser quality windows. DO NOT BUY FROM DABELLA THEY ARE A SCAM AND WILL STEAL FROM YOU THEN NEVER RETURN A CALL!!! read more

Great and responsive. Very friendly. Marcos came out for a quote quickly. Price seemed expensive, but they do offer financing. We had to wait a couple of months for our bathtub/shower remodel, but when Leon started the project he was done in barely over a day. We had issues with the shower head we got, and Breanne offered to reimburse us for a new one that we preferred. It looks wonderful, and we're very happy with it. read more

I don't love to leave a one star review, but DaBella has earned it, and technically should be zero stars because now (March 20, 2023) I have been waiting since October 27, 2022, for my order to be completed or for someone to even call me back and help resolve it. But I have tried multiple times to reach them at their office phone number, nobody answers, and then usually after being on hold for 20 minutes or so. It will hang up on me. A couple weeks ago I was lucky enough to get someone on the phone who promised to have a supervisor called me back and then the supervisor called me and said, "saying that we couldn't/didn't get the doors you ordered us very serious. I will need to check into this." Then after repeated attempts to call back or just get my refund credited they have been completely unresponsive. I would be very careful before putting money down with this company they are impossible to contact. Feeling scammed. read more
