I recently had the pleasure of working with Utah Window Pros, and I couldn't be happier with the results. I needed to replace a broken single pane window at my property in Provo but after meeting Peter Fair I decided to replace all 8 windows. I was a little nervous at first to have him come out and do an estimate just because I hate pushy sales people. Peter was the exact opposite of what I had expected. He's is such a chill guy that gave me a no bs quote and didn't try to force extra stuff upon me that I didn't need. He let me know that having the one dual pane window surrounded by the rest of the old aluminum ones would be an eye sore and that it doesn't make sense to replace it with a single pane, especially since I mentioned that I want to sell that house in the near future. He came at it more from a consulting position and allowed ME to weigh out my options and what makes sense for me, rather than trying to get me to buy the most expensive thing even if I don't need it. The installers were great and did exceptional, clean work. They didn't leave a mess every where and were respectful of my property which I appreciated. I'm already planning to have my 2 sliding doors replace from them early next year and I can't wait!! Peter totally respected my budget and decision to split the job in two without making me feel like I'd be missing out on a better deal or I'd have to pay way more if I waited for my doors. This is my first time ever using Yelp and I'm pretty happy with it. I only made an account because I wanted to review this company. This is a simple review. I called probably 8 companies before I called Utah Window Pros. Every company was a minimum of 2 weeks out just for appointments and estimates. I understand its busy but that's just crazy. When I called this company, I spoke to Peter and he was able to stop by my place the same day that I spoke to him. The same day! I had him fix a couple of windows that weren't sliding very well and then make me new screen frames and replace some old screens for a few other windows. I received a few quotes from other companies and they wanted to charge over a thousand dollars for these repairs. Peter's price was just a few hundred dollars and he was in and out and very professional and nice. I will be calling him when I need more work done. Called these guys to get a few windows replaced. I got like 3 other quotes before they came out and was just dreading getting a 4th because these sales guys are relentless. I was expecting another sales presentation but the guy that came out actually just talked to me like a human being and gave me a pretty solid education even when I wasn't expecting one. I felt they respected my time and my space and while their prices were in between the other quotes I got, I felt like I trusted them more. They had my windows installed 4 weeks after we ordered and they left the area very clean. They were in and out quickly and without any hassle, so I am pretty pleased overall. My air electricity bill was sky rocketing during the winter, as my windows kept letting out heat. I called around to a few windows companies to get an estimate. I wasn't too pleased with how pushy some of the sales reps were, the experience wasn't the greatest to say the least. Utah Windows Pros provided a great customer experience, Peter wasn't pushy at all. He guided me through the entire process and did an excellent job educating us. Moved to Springville recently and had a lot of work done on our house, including windows. Had this company and a few others come out to give us a quote. Utah window pros didn't have the lowest price but they were also nowhere near these sales guys that were quoting us $1400 per window which is wild. They didn't pressure us a single time and just answered questions and gave us pricing. Work was done a few weeks later. They installed 17 windows in 4 hours.
