After nearly a year and a half of waiting for Utah Window Experts to resolve some of the…read moreoutstanding issues and damage caused by their installers to our window products, we are finally settling with these people after they threatened to sue to collect the small remaining balance we had witheld to try to get them to stand by their installation. What a joke. We finally contacted Milgard directly to correct a slider that had a 3/8" gap due to wrong window size that allowed winter air to blow directly into our living room, and were told by the Milgard reps that the installers for Utah Window Experts had also not leveled or shimmed the sliders correctly, accounting for some of the issues we were seeing. This was not a small job, it was nearly a $60K order for a new custom build, and Utah Window Experts even acknowledged most of the screw-ups they caused, including delaying our construction completion by months by failing to order all the windows specified to complete the job. Despite this, they never took any ownership of fixing the issues or damages caused by one of the three crews sent to install the windows. I previously gave them 2 stars based on the last crew sent out to complete the installation doing decent work, but now am dropping to a single star based on their extremely poor customer service and lack of follow through. Have had mostly good experiences with the subs for this project, however Utah Window Experts was not one of them. No one has perfect reviews, but would recommend using almost anyone else for a window installation. Milgard does make a good product, and our experience with the producthas generally been great, however could never recommend this distributor/installer. If you want Milgard, find someone else to install.

We chose the LowE glass, which is very energy efficient and keeps our home cool in the summer. Wholesale Windows is not pushy with their sales, and are honest and upfront with their pricing. They offer a lifetime warranty on several of their lines, which is almost unheard of. I highly recommend Wholesale Windows & Doors!

No B.S., awesome front desk staff, Garrett, in sales, and the marvelous glaziers, Mitch, Ryley, and Bailey. Thanks to everyone. It was a simple bedroom funky window install, but WOW! I will definitely do business with Jones again and for sure refer them to anyone I know. Number one in service, quality, and customer service.

I built a new home with Edge homes 14 years ago. Jones Paint and Glass installed our windows…read more Several windows had failed and become foggy. 2 of my neighbors had their windows replaced under warranty. So I called JP&G and explained my situation. I was told that my glass was under a 10 year warranty and the window frame a 20 year. They claimed this was a glass issue and it was past the 10 year mark. Which didn't make sense. If a window is foggy then the frame has obviously failed and the gas has escaped. I researched this. They sent someone out and said they would give me a discount but it was still very expensive. I talked with my neighbor and he said to contact the window manufacturer directly, which I did, and I am now getting my windows replaced by the manufacturer for free! I feel like JP&G should have known this. They work with this manufacturer! It felt like they we're being deceitful. they should know what their manufacturers offer. I asked my other neighbor about her experience. She had called a different glass company to replace her windows not knowing about the warranty. They looked at her windows, told her they should still be under warranty and took care of all of it for her at no cost to her. That was the honest thing to do! I will never use Jones Paint and Glass again.

Instead of putting in a pocket door that could be costly and messy we decided to go with the barn door. It adds character to our house and I absolutely LOVE it! Artisan Hardware was easy to work with. Their customer service was amazing! They were very helpful in answering any questions that I may of had. These doors are well built and well worth the money. Truly one of a kind and I get many complements!

Well, this is not a joke: I placed my first order last year…read morein december, 2016....yes last year. The following happened. After the order was shipped (2 crates for 2 barn doors) UPS apparently lost the order which seems not very uncommon. Now, it would help of course if the shipping department would actually place several labels on it instead of writing on side with a marker the name and skew number. It doesn't take much and the number gets scrapped off...then what? The UPS hub where all the shipments get delivered first is as big as 3 football fields. 160 loading docks/doors...yes, 160...so if you ever have worked for FedeX or UPS you know how quick items get lost. 2nd order gets shipped after I had to complain...this time UPS messes up and delivers wrong item. After we finally receive both doors (3rd attempt) and hang the doors...OMG...the door handles don't line up, one is so crooked I don't even understand to this day how it made past quality control or to the paint department? Unbelievable! Again, I had to complain and was assured the doors will be replaced...which they did, but with shipping it took almost again 2 months and guess what? I only received 1 out of 2 crates and again no shipping labels on the freight. Quality: The doors look very nice but after 8months of this BS I'm sick and tired of it...this is not a "fake news" story but real life. Note: Both Artisan Hardware and UPS are at fault for their mistakes but it could have been avoided with a simple shipping label. Order at your own risk!
