It wasted my time, set my project back, and caused a lot of unnecessary frustration. What disappointed me the most was the customer service. They exchanged the product, but no one apologized or acknowledged the inconvenience, and they didn't offer any kind of compensation for the time and effort I lost because an expired product was still on the shelf. Mistakes happen, but how a business responds makes all the difference. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling like my time didn't matter. Because of that, I won't be coming back.

I asked him a bunch of questions about sprinklers and he was very generous with his information. One time I needed a piece of plexi-glass and a worker dug up a remnant for me. They are very knowlegable about paint and wood finish. They can make a copy of any key. I highly recommend them. I will be back for some larger purchases hopefully. The store is not as fancy as Lowes but their helpfulness makes up for that.
