I had such a great experience at Ace Hardware thanks to Jose F!…read more Jose was truly amazing--honestly the best customer service I've experienced in years. I called the store with a problem and wasn't even sure there was a solution. He encouraged me to come in and confidently assured me he would help figure something out. And he absolutely delivered. He was incredibly friendly, patient, and accommodating, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. It's so refreshing to walk into a store and be helped by someone who genuinely cares and takes pride in helping customers. I left feeling extremely grateful. Huge thank you to Jose for making what could have been a stressful situation so easy!

Just wait for it to go on sale. This location in Sandy is typical for all HFs. Large selection, brightly lit, and friendly employees. Pro tip: Use the app to search for products as it tells you which aisle it is located in. I always look at HF for tools and supplies before I look at Walmart or Home Depot/Lowes. Oh, and I always buy their batteries, especially their alkaline batteries. They last just as long as the name brand ones but are SO cheap! And if you are patient and always check their coupons, you can get them for 30% to 50% off of THEIR price! Total bargain! 5* = A top favorite. Mind-blowing good. I will definitely return and I will go out of my way to go here. Worth every dime of my money. 4* = Outstanding. Top-tier. Some elements not quite as good as it gets, but it still is worthy of my regular business. 3* = Good experience. I might do repeat business if it is convenient, the only option, the only one in its category, or on a whim, but would not be among the first thing to come to mind. Would definitely recommend you trying it to get your own take on it. 2* = Not so good. Would not recommend at all. Waste of money. 1* = How are they still in business? Stay away at all costs!

This company has horrible customer service. I placed an online order and never got a notification that it was fulfilled or ready for pickup. I called the next day, and no one answered. I called again five minutes later, and a grumpy old guy sounded annoyed and bothered about my call asking about the order. He said he hadn't seen any order and didn't know how to look it up. He huffed and puffed as he checked whether they had the part in stock, acting like I was taking him away from other "important" work. I went to the store and bought the part. The next day I realized the online order was still pending on their site. I called the store, and it was answered, and then they hung up. Then I called again and got the grumpy guy, who got the manager on the line. The manager was cocky, told me he couldn't cancel the order, and told me not to worry about it. I told him I preferred it to be canceled, and I couldn't do it on my end. I didn't want to accidentally get charged twice. The manager told me they never fulfill online orders. What? I told him they should remove it from their site and not offer that option. He said another company would have to cancel the order. He said he couldn't. I said, don't you have a relationship with that company, and you could call them with the order number and ask them to cancel the order? Then he said, yes, he could do that. I kind of doubt he will. The young guy who is helping customers find things and is the cashier was the only bright spot and nice person in that store. I can't believe grown men don't know how to give good customer service. The customer should always come first. This store has the Worst . Customer . Service . Ever!

This is a review for the food court specifically…read more I guess the first thing that I should say about this is that I got all this food for $6.49 after tax, which is absolutely insane compared to anywhere else you could get food of this quality. I can eat a lot, so I ordered all of this for myself, but most people would be satisfied with just a hotdog and a fountain drink for $1.50. Another thing about the Costco food court that I loved is that I got all this food in about 2 minutes. I walked in, went straight to one of the 6 self-serve kiosk registers, ordered my food, and waited for my number to be called. I was nervous when the first number I heard was ten orders before mine, but they were cranking out the food. For the speed, the price, and the taste, I don't think you can beat this food court. Also, you do NOT need a membership to eat at the food court. You can just walk in through the exit and head straight to the food court, but I make sure to stop and grab some food after exploring all the great Costco deals.

I was shopping by myself and needed to use the restroom before shopping. Their restrooms are at the END of the store AFTER the registers. I tried to walk to the restroom through the receipt check and was stopped by quite a rude employee who forced me to walk through the entirety of the store before I could use the restroom. Her expectation was for me to walk through the entire store to use the restroom, come back to the start, grab a cart, and proceed through the entire store to do my shopping. You may ask, why not just shop and then use the restroom? Why would I leave my purchased groceries outside of the restroom in this complete chaos of an environment.
