As the previous reviewer said these guys are happy to take your money and hard to pin down on an install date. Plus the bonus headache that the install was a complete disaster! They chipped up our beautiful new shower in at least 5 different places and refuse to provide adequate compensation. We have been patiently working with them on this aweful install but $100 is not close to adequate for the damage these two men Alex and Troy made to the shower surround. I would NEVER use this company or these guys to do anything in my home.

" Last I checked, people actually WORK while the store is open, not seemingly playing on the computer or on the phone. I get better service and attention at the local Home Depot. Aren't neighborhood stores supposed to be friendly. As much as I'd like to support Mom And Pop shops, I will NEVER come here and I suggest you don't either!

I've been coming to this Ace Hardware since early 2025 when my daughter bought a house nearby. I've…read moremade numerous purchases as I work through a very long punch list. In the past months, I've noticed a significant drop in customer service. The staff are unhelpful, don't seem to know much and are sometimes downright rude. I sent my son in there yesterday to buy a couple of things and they were rude to him and not helpful at all. He said he felt like they were irritated with his questions. I had to swap out some pipe dope that my son bought yesterday that had clearly been used and then returned. I went in to swap it for a new can and the guy was clearly irritated that I was bothering him. Barely said a word to me. I should have got his name, but I'm pretty sure he is either the manager or the owner. He's in his 50s or early 60s, was wearing a green America 250 cap and a black Ace Hardware t-shirt. Has a real attitude. If I had the time, I would have given him some pointers on customer service. If he's the owner, this store has a real problem. Edit - his name is Jason. Pretty sure he is the manager. I had to go in again to get a refund and Mr. Sunshine was there. Same demeanor. I gave him some direct feedback on his attitude. I think I'm going to drive a few miles and use a different store from now on. I don't need the attitude. The prices in here are higher, but I was willing to pay for the convenience. Not anymore. Word gets around about this kind of behavior. This store won't do well if they keep this up.
