While clearly, this is normal for owners and managers of this Ace Hardware store, they clearly have no idea of the Progressive clientele of this uptown area. I grew up hunting and fishing and so I'm no stranger to guns but have come to realize that the world would be a better place with fewer guns and ammunition. I'm very disappointed and will likely make more trips out to Lowe's to avoid supporting this store.

Some doors are right hand, and some are lefthand, so I called and spoke with Lexie in customer service and she said she could cancel the order if I needed to. She referred me back to John to find out if I bought the right kind. He tried to expalain to me how it works, but as a non mechanical grandma, I just wasn't getting it. So he GAVE ME his personal cell phone number so I could send him a photo of the existing door. Right away he said "you need a left hand". when I had bought a "right hand". He even offered to order the correct one for me, (who would do that in this day and age?) even though he's not on commission. How do I know? I asked him. Lowe's products are good quality and the customer service at least at this store is fantastic ! I do have to say I REALLY DISLIKE the runaround you get on the phone from the "AI assistant" before reaching a real person......REAL PEOPLE are where it's at y'all!!! I wasn't expecting a lot, but this looked like a good class. I'm really glad I went. The instructor was able to over competition and home trimming. They mentored us as we did it. I learned a lot, and we had a good group in the class. Covering an interesting mixed drink where you could basically drink all you wanted during the class was fun. Knives and alcohol, what's not to like :-) Independent of the clothing style the instructor choose, he was a font of knowledge. I can't recommend the classes high enough.

My experience with Traeger customer service was the absolute worst!…read more I signed up on May 27, 2025 to receive a Free Shipping Code for online grill purchase and never received an email with the code. However, I get daily marketing emails from Traeger so my email is correct. Today I tried to Chat and wait time was zero minutes, but no one connected. I then called customer service and explained my dilemma and the man said all shipping was free (NOT!), but Checkout Cart included $75 Shipping Fee. I asked customer service if they could email me the code. He said no. I then asked to speak with someone else, and he said that he would first have to create a Case#. What crap! I'm so glad I did not buy one of their grills if basic customer service is SO BAD.
