We ended up purchasing a new Kohler bath tub and Moen Voss faucets for the shower, tub, and both vanities. We also ordered an Ebbe drain for the shower. Contractor pricing saved us a considerable amount of money. Unfortunately our remodel was delayed because of delivery issues. The first bath tub we ordered arrived damaged, it was cracked. The second tub was also cracked. Finally, weeks later, we received a bathtub that wasn't cracked. We also had issues getting the Moen Voss fixtures from Standard Pluming. They didn't have the towel bar, toilet paper holder, or towel rings in-stock. We ended up purchasing them from Amazon instead because we didn't want to delay our remodel further.

What impressed me was that he was able to get me wholesale prices, the project started and ended on time while working in conjunction with the interior house painter, and while he was doing the installation he was creative and responsible about handling installation issues that came up without charging me extra. The bathroom was down to the studs and needed plumbing and electrical upgrades along with everything else a bathroom is made up of. David showed me choices in vanity and tile and kept me up to date. Did my remodel in 3 1/2 weeks and that's with the tenant living there. I will use David in the future as he replaced my tenants kitchen sink and fixed the front water line to be able to water the lawn and flowers. His crew is great and professional and so is he!
