Simple Human trash can from Bed Bath and Beyond
Brigitte O.

Have gotten curbside pickup at this Bed Bath and Beyond location and each time the team members who brought out the order were accurate and friendly. All of our items were placed in the back of the vehicle and were in new condition -- no scrapes or opened packaging. We absolutely love our Simple Human trash can! Never thought we would get excited about a trash can but it's pretty helpful. We've been using trash bags lined into paper grocery bags so this is definitely an upgrade. The lid can soft close or can be propped up to change the trash liner more easily. There's even a trash bag holder in the back of the trash can so that when you're putting in a new bag it's right there. Simple Human really thought of everything to make life more... simple. Lol. We also got a Bona hard surface floor cleaner here which was recommended to us by multiple people. We were a little skeptical at first but now knowing that we can hand wash and reuse the cloth that velcros to the end of the Bona, we're happy to be spending less in the long run and reducing our environmental impact at the same time. The cleanser it uses actually attaches to the Bona and sprays out on the floor so that you don't need a mop and bucket. Again one of those little time savers that really makes a difference. Pro tip: One of the reviews we read said to make sure to remove the cleanser bottle when you're not using it so that it doesn't leak if you prop it up. Good to know so ofc that's worth sharing :) We also got liner bags here on another pickup order and the team member was kind enough to double check the liner letter for us to make sure it was the right kind. Five stars for the buy online pickup in store fulfillment team and the team members who have brought our orders out for curbside pickup being prompt and helpful. :)

Big store with lots of cool stuff to buy. I bought some really nice pillows recently. They sometimes email you coupons which is nice.

When deciding what company to go with. I talked with Connie and how they installed at the Huntsman…read morecenter and 6 Parade of Homes. Connie said that Super White is an Exotic Rare stone. How she loves it and said it's very durable. I asked Connie how often slabs break she said only 1 Granite slab has broken. We purchased 2 Super white slabs from MSI a Vendor they referred us too. Both slabs broke. The first attempt at installing the 1st slab had a 2 foot fissure to the right of the sink. The installer said it's broken and can't install any part of it. Rock tops replaced 1st slab at no cost to us. They came out again for the 2nd install and when the 2nd slab was installed. It broke at installation. This time a 4 foot break all the way in a diagonal line above the cooktop. Right at eye level which is so disappointing because it's front and center and the main focal point of kitchen. When the Manager came out after the installation to see the 2nd break. Confirmed it was broke by running a credit card over it proving it was not smooth. Took a picture said he was going to talk to installers The manager then said it's basically Sandstone. He said this stuff gets fissures/breaks all the time. This is very normal. Complete opposite to what Connie said. Then tried to shift that the 2 mil it's not as durable. I said well you shouldn't sell it if you feel this way. They moved the seam with the counter top where the first slab broke by the sink. Where they ended up putting the seam and how it looks is VISUALLY unappealing. Some of the seams are extremely chipped and jagged. They did send a team to fix and although it's smooth to touch it's chipped all the way from front to back of the countertop and looks unprofessional.Above the cooktop it's now smooth but the finish is gone and have swirl makes from grinding it smooth. The break is not fixable. We have new fissures on the countertop and the caulking behind the sink is coming out. This is worrisome because it's behind the sink and gets wet so it will turn to black mold. So do yourself a favor and go with a company that does what they say and stands behind their work. Not a company that has you sign they are Not liable if any damages occur before or after. Currently in legal advice.

They were wonderful with my Mom. Froylan took the time to explain everything to her. He asked her how to place the grab bars that would work best for her and how high the bench should be. Before leaving they made sure everything was left clean. We couldn't happier with the company. She now has a safe and beautiful shower!

I would like to preface this review with two things: 1. 5…read morestar offers a discount on their work if you leave a good review, be weary of what you read on here. 2. We have had this company complete both a kitchen and a bath remodel. The issues I will bring up were consistent with both of these jobs. During both of our remodels, the biggest complaints I had were communication and quality. Two big components that a company should really pride themselves on if they cared about their customer base. Communication for our projects failed at almost every step of the way. The conversations had between us and the salesman were great, and then almost every single interaction that was not only had between us and the company but the company within themselves was comically poor. Some examples include: 1. Being told we would have a project manager come to our house prior to the project to check out our attic for structural questions (no one ever came before they started knocking down walls) 2. There were days workers would show up when we didn't know they were coming and not show up on days we were told they were supposed to be there. Not to mention the tile workers who had their truck parked outside our house from 8-5 but stayed in there late and left early to smoke. 3. Several unanswered/not returned calls and texts from the project managers. The only time the office reached out to tell us about something? When the bill was "due" even though our project wasn't complete yet. 4. Our salesman saying a project would take 3 weeks when in reality, it's been 3.5 months and there are still issues. 5. Anytime we asked the current workers what the plan was for the next day or really anything, they NEVER knew. They didn't know who was going to be working, they didn't know when, and they didn't know on what. 6. Several of the workers telling us point blank that their fellow workers screwed up and did things wrong. Good thing we caught it I guess? 7. Tile was about to be installed until I noticed it was not the right time, and the workers had no idea and they didn't know what tile they were actually supposed to put down or in what pattern. Then tile had to be ordered, delaying us even further. 8. The list goes on and on. It's as though no one in the company ever talks to each other, or their customer, and we're left trying to put the pieces together. Secondly, their quality of work is not worth what you pay, not even close. There has not been a single thing that they've done that we haven't had to ask them to fix or redo. This adds time to the project, financial strain on us as customers, and not to mention the stress of constantly acting as a project manager. We have had MAJOR things need to be redone (I'm talking walls needing to be taken apart and rebuilt, cabinet and ceiling painting, relocating outlets, and an ENTIRE SHOWER FLOOR), as well as other things (paint chipped walls, bad putty jobs, grout crumbling, paint splattered inside and outside the house and on and on) and all of it was because no one from their team cares enough to do it right the first time. The pictures I will include show *finished* products that they think are appropriate to leave as a job well done. Not only that, but just this last time when pointing out that the glass they had "special ordered" was actually measured wrong and therefore our shower door is crooked, I was told that my "OCD will just have to live with it." This company is not worth your time or effort. I would never recommend them to anyone.
