Have gotten curbside pickup at this Bed Bath and Beyond location and each time the team members who brought out the order were accurate and friendly. All of our items were placed in the back of the vehicle and were in new condition -- no scrapes or opened packaging. We absolutely love our Simple Human trash can! Never thought we would get excited about a trash can but it's pretty helpful. We've been using trash bags lined into paper grocery bags so this is definitely an upgrade. The lid can soft close or can be propped up to change the trash liner more easily. There's even a trash bag holder in the back of the trash can so that when you're putting in a new bag it's right there. Simple Human really thought of everything to make life more... simple. Lol. We also got a Bona hard surface floor cleaner here which was recommended to us by multiple people. We were a little skeptical at first but now knowing that we can hand wash and reuse the cloth that velcros to the end of the Bona, we're happy to be spending less in the long run and reducing our environmental impact at the same time. The cleanser it uses actually attaches to the Bona and sprays out on the floor so that you don't need a mop and bucket. Again one of those little time savers that really makes a difference. Pro tip: One of the reviews we read said to make sure to remove the cleanser bottle when you're not using it so that it doesn't leak if you prop it up. Good to know so ofc that's worth sharing :) We also got liner bags here on another pickup order and the team member was kind enough to double check the liner letter for us to make sure it was the right kind. Five stars for the buy online pickup in store fulfillment team and the team members who have brought our orders out for curbside pickup being prompt and helpful. :) read more

BUYER BEWARE!!! I recently purchased an item for roughly $60 which I have elected to return. The return cost is $19.42 which, in this day and age of struggling retail, is absolutely absurd. I would strongly suggest that you try alternative retailers for your purchase before choosing Beyond if there is any chance of you having to return it. I suspect we will be seeing this company (or parent company) in the news very soon with this kind of return policy. Just my opinion...not fact. The 2 stars (vs. 1 star) are only because they shipped one item on time. I ordered two items at the end of August. One item was shipped promptly and arrived on time, and was exactly as described, and I'm pleased. The other did not - I checked the site a few days before it was supposed to arrive, and it was marked "Delayed". I used their chat window to ask about this, and had to go through a lot of crap to actually get a human, despite requesting a human agent repeatedly. I was told that "it's on it's way"... And they gave me a tracking number. The tracking number indicated that the shipping ticket had been created - just that morning, at approximately the same time I asked about the item. UPS had certainly not had a chance to process anything, nor pick it up - but that happened before midnight of the next day. The estimated arrival date has been pushed back twice, but UPS indicates that its on its way. HOWEVER - the cost for both items hit my credit card before ANYTHING arrived. (Purchased 8/30/25; credit card billed 9/4/25; first item arrived 9/5/25; second item still not arrived 9/13/25. They did NOT separately bill the two items, even though they were supposed to arrive at different times. The bill for my credit card arrived before the second item, and with the delayed shipping still in transit, I can't contest the billing. I've been told that it is not illegal to bill before an item is shipped, but it is certainly not the standard, and certainly is unethical. It would seem to me that a company looking to make a comeback would be more careful with customer perceptions than this... and I have no gripe so far with the products - but I think I'll buy from a different source in the future. read more

Incredible team of knowledgeable ladies helped me navigate the seemingly endless array of scented offerings to find just what I need -- and I took home quite a haul. A shoot out to Rachel, Maddy and Adie for their patience, knowledge and customer service. As a male, I don't usually get any specific attention to selling male-oriented offerings but I was shown some great stuff for the guys. i'm writing this review in lowercase on purpose--because that's exactly how low this company has gone when it comes to treating customers. i received a merchandise credit that i planned to use online for something simple--but meaningful. when the code didn't work, i called customer service, thinking it was just a technical issue. instead, i was told coldly that they no longer honor store credits from before the ownership change. no warning. no courtesy. no shame. just a deadpan "we don't accept that anymore." this wasn't just about a few dollars. this was about principle. about loyalty. about basic human decency. and clearly, whoever made this decision has none. no heart. no understanding of what real service means. no clue that working in retail means being in service to real people--not just corporate spreadsheets and profit margins. to the one who made this call: i don't know your name, and frankly, i don't need to. what i do know is you've turned a once-trusted store into a soulless brand where people are numbers, and promises mean nothing. i hope one day, when you look at your paycheck or pat yourself on the back for saving a few corporate dollars, you think about what you've really lost. and when your kids end up doing drugs with the money you squeezed from honest people like me--don't pretend you didn't see it coming. do better, bed bath and beyond--if there's anything left of your name worth saving. read more

I love this store. They ALWAYS have coupons or good deals. I'm sad the store near my home closed, but I can go to Sugarhouse or Sandy. They have great kitchen, bedroom and bathroom supplies. They even have wedding registries. They used to have a wrapping station. read more

Pretty much this Bed, Bath, and Beyond is interchangeable with every other BB&B I've been to: A whole bunch of stuff for the home, decent prices, and not a lot of associates up in your grill ... so to speak. I always seem to be drawn in by their coupons: The 20% mailers you get a handful of times during the year, and the $50 off I've received after a couple of times after a move. It's been my go-to place for any sort of kitchen cooking items: pans, a panini maker, a fondue maker, Crock Pot, an espresso machine, a juicer, a Keurig; all items I bought (cheaper than Amazon) at BB&B. I also really love their variety of kitchen utensils -- I don't think I've seen a bigger selection OXO stuff. And, obviously, they are bed and bath heavy, and have a lot to choose from. I recommend looking through their clearance items, usually in one of the "island" shelves in the middle of the aisles. I've found some great things, WAY marked down, with no defects to the actual product. I don't go the BB&B often, but when I do, I leave with much less money in my pockets. read more

For home goods, kitchen gadgets, sheets, pillows, and just about anything else you could want for your house or bathroom Bed Bath & Beyond is the place to go! Although their prices are sometimes a little more expensive than say Target or Walmart, their selection of quality merchandise is nearly unparalleled. I've found kitchen items at Bed Bath & Beyond, like a shortening measuring cup for baking that can be just about impossible to find anywhere else locally. The staff is friendly and eager to help when asked but generally leaves you alone, which I prefer. Bed Bath & Beyond is always worth visting when you need something for your home or for a gift. It isn't any wonder why EVERYONE registers here for their wedding. read more

It's so easy to get lost in this store - for hours. I never realized how many things there were that I just can't live without until I came into Bed Bath & Beyond. The location on 104 and State is particularly nice - very clean and well stocked each time I have been in. On this particular visit I purchased some accessories for my new Keurig. The manager was closely monitoring checkout lanes and even though there were quite a few people checking out and even though the front end of this store has a weird set-up that makes it hard to check-out, we were in and out quickly. So far I have experienced good customer service at this location. The associate Trish is always helful and treat me right. If I don't find any product in the store they are willing to order online for me with no shipping cost. Also I love their 20% off coupons that I often get in my email box and they are usually good to use in any product they sell. read more
