After weeks ago our washer broke down and it was too expensive to fix it so we went to a very large…read morecompany in Draper to look at there scratch and dent washers but they were too expensive even for those because we are on a tight budget so a friend recommended we go to the appliance outlet store the owner was very kind and gave us some good information about different brands and we bought a washer and dryer that stack on top of each other and the owner gave us free delivery and a 60 day guarantee unfortunately though right after they delivered it we tried to use it and the washer didn't work so we called the owner and told him the washer wasn't working and he had a repairman come and look at it and the repairmen thought it could be two different things so he came a couple days later with a part he had to see if this would fix the problem but the repairmen realized that wasn't the problem so he ordered the part we need and we are just waiting for him to get it so he can come and fix our washer but it is frustrating because we have been without a washer for 3 weeks now almost 4 and have had to go to the laundry mat to get our laundry done and it is pretty expensive to do that the owner hasn't reached out to try to fix the problem at all so I am very frustrated about the situation but I am glad he is not charging us for the repair at least.

Several years ago, we had a Dyson. We had friends and relatives who would rave about their Dyson…read more It was slick looking and better than most of the vacuums you could purchase at the box stores. Our Dyson had issues so we decided to replace it after using it for a few years. We came to Swiss Boy to check out what was available. They introduced us to the Riccar vacuum line. So we spent a little more than we would have spent on a Dyson and got a Riccar. We have loved it. It picks up dirt better than any vacuum I've used. The vacuum is only part of the reason I enjoy Swiss Boy. The vacuum came with a 3 year warranty that has come in handy several times, including some cleanings of the vacuum. The customer service is alway friendly and whenever I need bags for my vacuum, they have them in stock and the price is about what you'd pay online. Great place. I don't plan on buying a new vacuum any time soon but when I do, I'll go to Swiss Boy.

It broke down one week after I bought it and because they are right around the corner from me I walked in their shop and told the receptionist what happened and she told me to call whirlpool. I said that their door said sales and service and she argued that they had no service men and to call whirlpool I told her to take care of it because I had just purchased the refrigerator. The argument went on until the guy that sold it to me walked in. I told him what was happening and he understood the problem and would send a service man out as soon as he could, probably a couple of days. The service man came and replaced the computer and all was well. The refrigerator has worked ever since. The receptionist made me so angry at the time for her bad attitude I will not recommend this business to anyone in fact I will and have told friends the story of her not taking responsibility for their products that they sell and service. Love my fridge hate the receptionist.

I went to aspen for new vanity counters on recommendation from my finish carpenter. I chose a…read morepiece of quartz from their scrap yard, that I was psyched about finding; 1) it was the color/look I wanted and 2) the scrap was big enough to cut two vanity tops from so my bathrooms had some cohesion. The salesman worked very hard at getting me on the schedule (which was very tight) knowing I had family coming to visit soon. The shopping and scheduling experience was great. But here is where Aspen gets 10 gold stars in my book... The template rep came to my house and pointed out to me that the sinks to my double vanities were not centered over the sink base cabinets. He asked if I wanted the new sinks centered. My husband wasn't home to help me with the decision - I feared if the sinks were centered that they'd be too close to the walls, and also feared needing to move plumbing (something my husband would not approve of)...so I told him to mimic the existing template. Fast forward 1 week - The hubs is home for the install and I am not. I walk in the door, and the hubs is having a small nutty over the sinks not being centered over the base cabinets (mind you he had never noticed before)... however, in order to install the new counter with the new under mount sinks (old sinks were over mount), the installers wanted to chop up the insides of the cabinets to accommodate the new sinks. THAT stipulation was was not discussed with the template rep when I signed off on the template, nor would it have been something I would have agreed to had I known. So we spent a little bit of time on the phone with a manager down at Aspen who advised his installers to reinstall our old counter - and had a new counter of the same quartz templated, ordered, delivered and installed within another week at no extra charge to us. The installers were patient and pleasant throughout the ordeal and the manager was eager to rectify the problem, supportive and understanding. And through it all, even with all our little speed bumps, they managed to get our counters installed before our relatives came to visit. Aspen has been a fantastic company to work with. and I would strongly recommend going directly through them for all your countertop needs!

I can discard 4 auto tires for six bucks. They discarded half of a quart of oil I bought this generator for them, but I will never use Jordon mower ever again and anybody that reads this review can look at the math.
