There was even a couch in one of the rooms so you could just sit and enjoy the plants. A lot of the plants are behind glass, but you're allowed to take them out to get a better look at them. They don't just have plants here. You can buy some awesome shirts and hoodies (they are so soft), earrings, pots, humidifiers, stickers, and more. They have some neat 3D printed pots as well. There's a really cool spot on the wall by the register where you can take a cutting and leave a cutting. It's such a neat concept, that we'd love to do that next time we stop by. The owner is such a nice and knowledgeable guy. He very approachable and answered all of our questions. I think my husband would definitely love to go back and chat about plants with him. All in all, this is a fantastic plant shop with an awesome owner and we will 100% return!

I have never seen a plant store like it and now I can't look at my local nursery's the same. You can tell that every single plant in there was hand propagated, grown and cared for. Their selection was impeccable and at incredible prices. Finding all my wishlist plants in once place was a shock but also for much less than online retailers or Etsy. If I could go back I would've spent double. The owners are incredibly kind and knowledgeable, I can't recommend enough. I'm already planning another road trip to go back

I cannot even begin to explain how poor of an experience I had here. I asked THREE different…read moreemployees for help and none of them were of service. I asked one lady where sandpaper was and she didn't know, which is okay, but instead of offering to help me find it she walked away and left me alone. I am genuinely baffled at how inexperienced everyone was there. The only employee that knew anything was (I didn't catch her name) a younger girl with slightly dyed hair and some piercings. I asked her where sandpaper was and she told me two different options , pointing to them because we were close ; but i know in my heart she would have taken me there if it was far

I just ran over there to grab some trimmer string, for three spools it was $28 bucks and change I thought, well that must be what it's going for so I grabbed it and then I saw the mower drive wheels I needed so I grabbed those which were $28 each! I was in a hurry and paid and got to my appointment, then I thought, man, those prices seem expensive let's checkout Amazon and see what they want for those products? Instead of the trimmer line being $10 bucks each, they were $1.50 each, the drive wheels for my mower were $28 bucks for two wheels instead of $28 bucks each I grabbed my receipt and back to Lowe's I went and returned them! The checkout girl said well we have price matching. I told her if Lowe's can't give me an honest price the first time I don't want them. I've been burned too many times by these big heartless corporations that steal money from working people to make some billionaires richer! Never again I hope Lowe's and all these other corporations rot in..... service sucks selection sucks and value well I think I've already expressed my feelings on that! 1000% markup? That is criminal!

Big selection of flowering plants. More varieties and better prices than J&J (which I also went to…read moretoday). Some trees and bushes (not a huge variety). Good variety of standard veggies and herbs. I'll be using them for my flowers because they are the only garden center close by. But I'd go somewhere different for big items. Edit: This week I went to Western Garden Center down town, which is awesome! But I spent more than I would have at Loveland. I did buy a lot of our perennials here, but had to get a lot at Western Gardens too because Loveland just doesn't have as much variety. If you were doing a normal garden plot, you could get everything you need here. But we are doing a huge garden and wanted a big variety of things that were very easy to care for and good for the excessive heat and sun in that spot. If I wasn't so super picky or was doing an average garden, I would have done all my shopping here and saved myself $100 out of the $300 I spent at Western Garden. I spent $100 at Loveland and it would have been $150 at Western Garden....which is cheaper than some other places in SLC. So that tells you how cheap this place is! $7-8 for and average (6"??) pot, which is mostly what I got. I don't recall the prices on other things.

I found this hidden secret last year for my flowers. The quality of the flowers is above that of…read moreother nearby nurseries and the pricing is comparable. The reason for a 3-star rating and not higher is that the guy working there didn't seem to know much about flowers. I felt like he was part of the landscaping end and not the nursery side. He didn't know what types of flowers they had when I asked if they had some very common types of flowers. The bar code system didn't seem to work correctly and I was overcharged for flowers I didn't buy. I went back to have it corrected and he didn't know how to reverse it in their system. I ended up with additional plants that I didn't really need or want, just so I got what I paid for. Will I go back? Most likely. I don't know that I would stop going based on one employee.
