I had to take annual leave at my work to sit there forever waiting. The worst part was that they showed up, looked at my appliance for ten minutes and told me it would cost $350 for the part, which is more than then entire appliance is worth. I told him I could buy a new one for that price, and he immediately broke into a selling pitch on their new appliances, like he planned it all along. Well, the guy who answered when I was told to call back was a snarky one. In the 18 months or so since we got it back, we've had nothing but the same problems with the brushbar assembly. I took the vacuum apart myself and saw the problem right away. I'm no professional, but apparently I could see something they missed. I posted a pic of the problem. The brushbar end had crumbled and cracked, and had seized onto the endcap assembly. It's a dang shame these people weren't able to see this obvious problem when we took it in and it was still under warranty. I know it didn't happen after because we were having the same issues before and after they got their hands all over it.

Finally went to look at the set and they had sold 3 before I got there and was left with one set. He "explained" to me that the heater was "brand new" (it was bought 3 owners ago and 6-7 years ago) and "still under [manufacturer's] warranty" (It's not). Then he told me a.) that I did have a problem with this heater, and b.) that he didn't like that I corrected him when I told him the heater wasn't brand new. I asked him to please take my concerns seriously and not raise his voice at me. He promptly stormed out of the house and refused to tell me what was wrong with my heater. Truly, I have never seen such petty and unprofessional behavior from anyone. I would highly recommend you avoid this company if you can.
