I had called these guys to my home in Harrisville about a month ago on an emergency. They came in a flash to our rescue and signed us up for a maintenance plan. Brycen was great and made what I thought was going to be a home re-finance job into something we were able to handle. So today, Tony came by for an inspection and made sure my sister's HVAC system was running as it should. I had her sign up for the same plan as ours. Tony was also very friendly and reassuring. Being senior citizens, sometimes we are not treated well - but these guys? They made us feel special and that's a big deal to us. Tony was not rushed and explained everything to us. I have dealt with one of the "BIG GUYS HVAC" companies in the past, and was very disenchanted with the whole scare tactics they employed. Leaving me to either have to spend additional money that should be covered under warranty or wait until Monday with temperatures expected to be over 100 all weekend. Incredibly horrible customer service. I would definitely not recommend them to anyone as they will leave you to fend for yourself after giving them thousands of dollars for a new unit.
