It was great. I called and they were able to come out the next day. Then called and said they could earlier than expected! That was great too! I thought the duct vented onto my patio, but it turns out it was on my roof!! The two men were very nice and courteous and professional. It was an extra $51 charge to get on the roof, and it was extremely hot, but they did it without complaining. Doug also gave me tips about cleaning. I would hire them again. Top notch. I was about to replace a newer dryer I had until someone recommended Beehive Duct Cleaning. They came out, showed up on time, cleaned out soooooooo much built up lent from my dry vent, vacuumed out old trash that was left in the ducts from when it was built and were off with a smile. My dryer now dries my clothes and I can't see dust flying in the air like I used to. Very affordable and a must if you just moved into your home or if you've been in your home for 4+ years.
