We have a dryer that would keep shutting off prematurely no matter the level of heat or type of load. After cleaning the vents and dryer and full dryer troubleshooting, we contacted At Your Service Pros (kudos to the Costco-dispatched tech for noticing the extremely hot circuit breaker). At Your Service was very flexible on appointment times, and one of their techs, Kyle, came out to service the home. Kyle reproduced and diagnosed the issue to the circuit breaker. Not only did he fix the circuit breaker, but he also noticed some of the wiring needed to be placed at the service panel, which he did as well. He also checked the other breakers while he was out there and made sure the dryer outlet was okay. Lo and behold, the dryer works perfectly now. Thanks Kyle and At Your Service for getting this issue fixed and for taking a larger look at the panel to make sure things look okay. Disappointing experience. This review isn't based on the quality of work, since I never actually received any service, so I didn't feel a one-star rating was fair. It's based solely on the booking process. I was able to book an appointment on Sunday for Monday morning, but they called early Monday and said they couldn't make it until Tuesday. That caused me to miss out on other companies that had Monday availability and wasted valuable time on something we needed done as soon as possible. They need to get their scheduling system figured out. read more

Got an estimate to run a 1/4" water line to our new Fridge with a tee to the new stove (steam). They came back at $875.00 I was floored, this job should take one or two hours and maybe $100.00 in materials, I told them to go away. I had a water leak so gave them a try after hours. Came right over fast. The plumbing is the old steel pipes that had the threads striped, could not unscrew because of the age. To bring it up to code would have to replace the whole thing, but did not charge me for coming over. Being a welder I did it myself. Thanks for not charging and being honest. read more

AYS makes everything so easy! I got a response to my quote (that I put in through Yelp with some other businesses) very quickly. They were super communicative the whole time. They emailed the day before my appointments to remind me and then texted me the day of to let me know when in my time window the tech would be on his way. They cleaned my ducts thoroughly and let me know they'd have to send an electrician to work on our air booster later. Again, they let me know he was off at school and it would be a couple of weeks. They got the date wrong but called me back ahead of time to let me know it would be the next day. The electrician was quick and knowledgeable and got everything working perfectly. Hired a competitor to come inspect my A/C. The competitor told me I needed a new HVAC system and quoted me $11k for the system and install. Called several other companies including At Your Service Pros to get a bid. At Your Service Pros was the best company across the board. The inspector found several things that other companies didn't even notice (e.g. the air return vent had no duct connected to return the air from the vent to the system). They also quoted me a much lower price for a higher end system than several of the other companies. Would recommend them to anyone in need of anything HVAC related. read more

I'm from Hawaii. We have no idea what furnaces do. Haha. We just moved here in July and adjusted to the scorching summer heat. Then we bought a house in early December and the first weekend we had the keys in hand, the furnace broke! I was alone, right after the 2nd snowstorm of the season, and it broke the next morning. I didn't know who to call! I went on Yelp and found the most local company I could find, with the shortest response time, and the highest stars. I was so scared bc the temperature was dropping quickly. It was 50 degrees in the house and it was getting late. I called At Your Service Pros and they answered immediately. I explained what I thought could have been happening with my heat and the gentleman walked me thru some simple troubleshooting. I was so scared bc I was so unfamiliar with all of this furnace business, but he was patient and helpful. He sent one of his techs out and they arrived about an hour later. They were professional, kind, and empathetic. They made some suggestions which mirrored the advice we got from our home inspector. The whole furnace needed to be replaced. We knew it would need replacing eventually, but not the FIRST weekend we moved in! He made some suggestions and told us we could contact their business for a free quote to replace it. Our home warranty - did NOT help. That is another story for another day. We decided to fork out the money to get it replaced after they gave us a reasonable quote. The installation was scheduled 2 days later and they offered to give us space heaters if we needed it. We didn't need to use it after the initial temporary fix the first tech made. The installation took all day. They had to work around some design issues so it took a little longer than they thought it would. After they were done we paid by check. We were in a bind and spoke with the owners about payment options and they were so flexible. We greatly appreciate all this company did for us. We were able to celebrate the Christmas holiday with family in our warm, new home. Highly recommend this company. read more

I have a home warranty and found out they no longer had a contracted company in Utah, so they let me find an out of network company to work with. At Your Service was more than accommodating in jumping through the documentation to ensure our system repair would be covered and reimbursed. Our home warranty liked working with them too! That said, our technician Jeremy was super timely, and thorough. He spent the time diagnosing and found a couple of issues that required the motor and blower needing to be replaced. The Office staff and techs are very communicative and timely. Our home warranty confirmed the pricing was very inline with what they normally would approve with contracted vendors. Can't find a better company! Our elderly parents on hospice in their home had the AC go out at on Sunday morning at 10am, and already 90 degrees outside. Both parents on oxygen and needing 24/7 care, so very sensitive to temperature. I made the call to At Your Service and explained the situation. They had a tech out within the hour and confirmed what I already assumed. The 27 year old AC had given up. RIP. Not in a position to get multiple quotes, I fully expected to get an outrageous price. Not these guys! I know what this type of replacement costs, and fully expected to be gouged a bit or a lot. NOPE! We had the unfortunate experience of having our 23 year old AC finally poop out on us during a hot June. We looked around for a good company and ended up calling AYSP to come take a look at it. Jeremy showed up soon after and unfortunately let us know that our AC had had a good long life. He didn't try to sell us anything, he was just patient with our questions, friendly and easy to talk to. We ended up getting a few quotes from these guys as well as various companies but ultimately went with AYSP. We went with them not only because their price and product was the best we found, but because the salesman we talked to, Clint, was so responsive to all my texts and knowledgeable about anything we had questions on despite not yet knowing if we were going to work with these guys or not. The install date was promptly scheduled after we made our decision. There were a few hiccups with the specific product we were going for but Clint communicated everything with us and made it a very stress free process. On install day, the guys who came were very professional, knowledgeable and kind. Logan took time to thoroughly answer all our questions and address any concerns. Mark, Denen, Jesse and any of the other guys whose names I didn't catch were all very awesome. I'm glad we went with this company. They're transparent, very good about communicating and were respectful of our home. The AC unit and furnace they installed is working wonderfully and I know if we have any issues or questions, they will be easy to get in touch with and will be prompt about making it right.
