Finally went to look at the set and they had sold 3 before I got there and was left with one set. The set they had, the washer was broken, so they told us they would get it fixed and deliver it to us. Instead they offered us a different one. Once delivered we paid them with a check. It has been 4 weeks and I have contacted them about cashing it and they said they would the following day. That was 2 weeks ago and they still haven't cashed it.

The tech said the pump housing was cracked but the machine was otherwise solid. $65.00 to replace the pump and it is still washing my clothes the machine has to be 15+ years old and works great. Next the old dryer gave out, it had worked for a long time and was due to be replaced. AAS had a reconditioned dryer for $145.00 excellent condition and worked perfect. The technician sold me the dryer and had it loaded into my truck in less than 15 minutes. Been running great for months and I couldn't be happier with it.This dryer now can keep up with the washer!! A super time saver on laundry day! Then some friends told me they were paying $67.00 every two weeks to Rent-a-Center for their washer dryer set. We went to AAS and found a comparable matched set for $325.00 for the pair. The AAC team delivered quickly and helped us get them set and ready to go. They work perfect. I contacted another local Toro service center, Honest Engines, and they told me that the cost to rebuild the engine would be about the same as replacing it, $2500. They said they do not do rebuilds any more. I called BC Small Engine and he told me it might be something like a head gasket, but bring it down to examine. I took it and they had it repaired in about 4 days. It turned out to be a stuck valve. They repaired it, did a full service and tune up for about $250. While I was there, they also serviced and repaired a snow blower for me that had a broke gear handle. I am glad to find a place that it willing to open up the engine and find out if it is a simple repair or needs a full blown rebuild/replacement. This is now my place to go and I would highly recommend it to others.

I received three responses. Two responses gave me an estimate of $400 to $650; one that indicated that circulation pumps and control boards go bad together. Appliance Clinic returned my call and stated they have a $125 trip charge that includes any work done to be added to the cost of parts. With the thought that the circulation pump needed replacement, they gave me a bid of $277. They came later that same day and determined that the pump did need replacement and I was charged $277 for the work. My experience with Appliance Clinic is that they are honest, prompt, very fair, and efficient in their work. I recommend them.

We spent nearly $9,000 on a patio cover after explaining that durability was extremely important because we have large dogs. Nobody bothered to tell us the support posts were thin aluminum that dent incredibly easily. Nobody bothered to tell us the gutter opening was so small that it's nearly impossible to clean and is lined with sharp metal edges. When we first reported these issues years ago, we were essentially told, "Too bad." One owner even admitted the gutter design had been a known flaw for over 20 years. Twenty years. Yet they continue selling it without disclosing the issue to customers beforehand. Fast forward to this year. The gutter is still impossible to clean. Leaf blower? Doesn't work. Hose? Doesn't work. Pressure washer? Doesn't work. The only way to remove debris is by reaching into the tiny opening with your hands, which has resulted in my husband cutting himself multiple times on the sharp metal. Two months ago we called because the patio cover was still under warranty. We were told a work order would be submitted and someone would contact us. Nobody ever did. So today we called again. The first employee agreed that our gutter didn't sound right and told us it should have around 3 to 4 inches of clearance. He said he'd submit another work order. Less than ten minutes later, my husband got a call from management. Not to schedule the repair. Not to apologize. Not to honor the warranty. Instead, he was told they would NOT service our patio cover because I left an honest negative Google review years ago. Think about that for a second. Their response wasn't, "Let's make this right." It was, "You criticized us, so we're refusing to help you." That tells you everything you need to know about this company's integrity. They had multiple opportunities over the years to fix this issue, earn back our trust, and prove they stand behind their work. Instead, they chose pettiness over professionalism. A good company isn't defined by never making mistakes. It's defined by how it handles them. Kool Breeze has repeatedly shown that once they have your money, accountability goes out the window. Spend your money elsewhere. There are plenty of contractors who actually stand behind their work instead of punishing customers for telling the truth.
