These guys are great. I called about our 20-yr old dishwasher's degraded cleaning performance. My intention was to see whether it would be cost effective to have the unit serviced vs just replacing it. Ebenezers gave me rich info on costs and detailed diagnostic tips over the phone, free of charge. When I mentioned I feel like I should pay for this, the response was, no, we're here to help, we make money on jobs. Like, who does this nowadays? Virtually nobody. Kudos. read more

Installed washer and tested it thoroughly before leaving. Very professional and friendly. Cost quite reasonable. Would call for future services. read more

Nice guys & fair-priced, but they were supposed order a part and finish fixing my leaky dishwasher. After 16 days of zero communication, I ordered it myself, watched a video, and now it's fixed (part was $18). They work alone, so i understand some delys, but communication has to get better before my review improves. read more

Professional and quick. Possible cost mentioned before the appointment. I will use them again

Nobody likes to call someone to have an appliance repaired. But when you call Aldo with Ebenezer Appliance Repair, you can rest assured that the painful process will be as easy as possible. I reached out via Yelp for a quote to come look at a dishwasher that would no longer drain. Within an hour or two, there was a detailed response that suggested a few things to check on my own-attempting to save me a visit, as well as a quote and a timeframe when someone could be there. I went ahead and scheduled the visit, since the few things I'd tried on my own didn't resolve the issue. Aldo communicated with me and arrived just as expected. He was professional and thorough in his inspection of the problem and explained what was wrong. He gave me the option to have the dishwasher fixed-but it would cost nearly as much as a new one due to the rarity of the old parts, or to just replace it. I opted to replace and asked for recommendations on models. I would definitely reach out the Aldo again when my next aging appliance starts to deteriorate. read more

Absolutely amazing service!!!!! Went way above and beyond and gave me the piece of mind I've been needing. They were amazing at communicating and doing everything they could to solve the problem. I have gone through so many different companies over the last year that haven't been able to figure out what was going on. They both found and fixed the problem and were extremely friendly at the same time. Definitely recommend them 1000x's over. read more

What a great experience! The washer from previous owners was horrendous! But Aldo and Miguel came to my rescue with professionalism and expertise and got the job done! They were transparent on doing their best, as the machine is older. But they cleaned it really well and gave a good prognosis for more years of operation. They guarantee their service, and it was affordable! I'm looking forward to a clean wash finally! Gunk was horrible! read more

Amazing service, I needed someone to check my fridge and they were the only ones that had an opening the next day and had great reviews. The service was prompt, and the tech checked every possible.point of failure. Will recommend them to anyone. read more

I messaged Ebenezer Appliance Repair on Thursday evening. They got back with me within a few minutes. I explained the problem I was having with my gas cooktop. Aldo told me what he thought the problem might be and explained how the charges would work including service call, parts and labor. Aldo came out the following day, arriving in the time window that he had scheduled. He was very thorough, checking the different parts that could be causing the issue. He replaced the part that he had suggested might be the issue the day before. The price was exactly what he had quoted, no surprises. My stove is working great and I would definitely recommend this company for your appliance issues. read more

Aldo from Ebenezer Appliance Repair was very thorough, courteous and very good at explaning the repairs and parts needed. He fixed our dishwasher when we thought we'd have to buy a new one and did so at a very reasonable rate. I won't hesitate to call Aldo and Ebenezer the next time we need an appliance serviced or repaired. Very highly recommended. read more

I called Ebenezer Appliance on a Friday afternoon, asking that someone provide maintenance and any needed repairs on my 27 year old Maytag washer and dryer. Aldo returned my call a few minutes later, and arranged to come to my home in Holladay the following Tuesday afternoon. Aldo arrived during the two hour window we'd agreed to and inspected the appliances. He showed me why the belts needed to be replaced on both the washer and dryer (dried out and cracked), which came as no surprise since they were 27 years old! After testing several things on the washer, he said everything was working fine. However, he showed me several parts on the dryer that needed to be replaced since they were so worn. He reviewed the charges and they seemed very reasonable - and quickly installed the new parts. It is a relief to know that the maintenance and repairs Aldo provided will allow me to continue using these appliances for years to come. Worth every penny. If I have problems with any other appliances, I will be calling Aldo. read more

Wow. Our 4-year-old GE dryer went out 3:30pm on a Wednesday afternoon, I'm hoping/praying/skeptical I can get it fixed before the weekend. Aldo answers his phone quickly, and says he's heading for a job in Sugarhouse but can look at it after that. Shows up at 5:15 (they close at 5pm) and by 6:05 he's done! He cleaned up after himself, dryer runs like a champ and the work has a 30 day warranty! Now I can't promise he's going to be able to respond that quickly, but I would recommend Aldo and Ebenezer Appliance Repair ANY time you have a need for appliance repair. read more

Our refrigerator had three problems. One of those problems was not an easy fix. Aldo and his associate diagnosed and repaired all three problems. They are professional and courteous. I highly recommend them. read more

These guys are the best. Quick to respond and they truly care about their customers. Did a repair a few weeks ago and the part went bad. He advised a new washer and refunded the money. I will use these guys anytime I need something repaired. Hard to find honest folks these days!! read more

They were great to get to us and work on our clothes washer with in a day. They were extremely pleasant and got right to work. They showed us the problem and explained how our trouble started and how to avoid it in the future. They were reasonable with the cost and made sure we understood the price before diving in to the work. They will be our go to repairmen if we have other issues come up. read more

Our washer was gummed up and I think it ended up being a nastier job than they bargained for! Still they only charged us what they bid on the phone, were super responsive and things are working great now. Will definitely be calling them again when another one of our appliances goes south. read more

We used them to fix our washer in Nov and they were great, fast, nice to work with and decently priced and very helpful. Will use again

I love this company! I have had trouble with my dishwasher running all the way through the cycles. I called to make an appointment and they said they could come the next day. I explained what was happening and they walked me through some things on the phone so we could see why the dishwasher was malfunctioning. They are very knowledgeable and now everything is working and they didn't even have to come to my home. I highly recommend them! read more

My oven went out after running the self cleaning. I picked Ebenezer because Aldo responded quickly among the service outlets Yelp recommended. I gave Aldo the information. He told me what he thought the problem was and gave me a quote right away. He came a little late, but he texted me to let me know he was running late due to an unexpected problem at the earlier customer's. He came and fixed my oven very professionally. Aldo is a very polite and straightforward young man. I highly recommend him. read more

We needed an appliance repair person and to my surprise Ebenezer Appliance picked up my call and said he could leave within 5 minutes. A refrigerator and stove were checked. The tech recommended that I order a new stove as the price to fix it would be nearly $400. A new switch alone would be over $200. The tech is able to repair the refrigerator at a reasonable price. Saved us from having to purchase a new refrigerator. As a housing provider of multiple units it is important to have reliable vendors. I'm very happy with the service that was provided. This will be our "go to" appliance diagnostic/repair company. read more

A quick response asking for a quote for my job was a pleasant surprise. I gave the model and serial number and was given a quote right away. It seemed, dare I say, cheap? But he diagnosed what he thought the dryer needed and quoted based on that. Did I mention same day service? He came right over, was correct on his guess for what was wrong and just fixed it. Just like that, my dryer lives to see another load. Btw-it says he is out of Ogden but he came to my house in the SL valley. read more

So happy I found Aldo at Ebenezer Appliance. He helped me trouble shoot possible issues before he even got here. This was really helpful because 1) it gave me confidence that he really wanted to help me. 2) it helped me understand things I could do in the future to solve a problem myself. 3) Ensure that he was prepared when he got here with what the actual problem was. He was on time, honest, and the quote to fix was reasonable and he stuck to it. He also drove like 40 minutes to our home! Thanks Aldo! read more

We called Ebenezer Repair to diagnose a problem with our dated dryer which had stopped working. They offered us service the following day before contacting us back to offer same-day service. They sent Aldo, a knowledgeable, efficient repairman who had our problem diagnosed and fixed within a half hour. The cost was a very good value and we feel, an excellent deal for the level and quality of service we received. Granted, this is our first transaction with Ebenezer, but we'd recommend them highly. read more

Honest and responsive appliance repair. Highly recommend. They showed up on time and fixed the refrigerator.

They responded quickly, showed up on time. They were polite, fast and thoroughly explained everything. They could have charged us a very high price to try and repair our old fridge but they were very honest and advised us that it would be more cost effective to replace it. I appreciated their service and would highly recommend them. read more

The team that came to my home was simply wonderful. Efficient, respectful, and professional not to mention so reasonably priced and fair! They were so mindful of our home, took time to show us how to use the new appliance, and tips to keep it like new. I highly recommend using them for all your needs. Save your money - and don't go through those big box stores! Use Ebenezer's! They are wonderful. read more

The response time was very quick (even on a Sunday), service was great and Aldo explained everything that was going on with my washer! There were absolutely no surprises with the price and he didn't immediately jump to the most expensive fix, he actually started with the least expensive thing that "could" have been the problem, and luckily that was exactly what it was. Hands down a fantastic experience and highly recommended read more

This business is strongly based on customer satisfaction. I wouldn't use anyone else

Our washer was leaking - and Aldo came to access. The price was so amazing, and Aldo was so helpful. Not only did he access the water but also the situation - going above and beyond his job (looking for mold and problem areas). He was knowledgeable and kind - definitely a lifelong customer. read more
