They seemed to immediately want to throw parts at the issues but the parts never fixed the problems. And then instead of just coming back and making it right they wanted us to go through our home warranty people. I wouldn't recommend even though they are very nice people. It's shouldn't take 3 trips to fix an appliance. I brought my old part and new part in to the parts desk. The man helping me treated me respectfully. He was very friendly. He got out a multimeter and took measurements on my old and new burners. It turned out, a wire belonged in another position on the new burner. With his help, I switched the position of two wires and had my stove as good as new in five minutes. It broke down one week after I bought it and because they are right around the corner from me I walked in their shop and told the receptionist what happened and she told me to call whirlpool. I said that their door said sales and service and she argued that they had no service men and to call whirlpool I told her to take care of it because I had just purchased the refrigerator. The argument went on until the guy that sold it to me walked in. I told him what was happening and he understood the problem and would send a service man out as soon as he could, probably a couple of days. The service man came and replaced the computer and all was well. The refrigerator has worked ever since. The receptionist made me so angry at the time for her bad attitude I will not recommend this business to anyone in fact I will and have told friends the story of her not taking responsibility for their products that they sell and service. Love my fridge hate the receptionist.

Their $89 diagnosis for our known problem…read morewith an old hinge on a Bosch wall oven involved no examination of the actual internal hinges or appliance. Further they were barely any help at all to try to source new parts (did most of the legwork myself). Instead they stuck a heavy wrench tool between hinge where the door meets the oven body and applied body weight pressure against the door -- which they said has worked for other customers it did absolutely nothing at all to fix our issue except to make everything worse. Then they spent the next 15 minutes telling me to consider a new $3000+ unit.
