    Gary the Manager was an hour late because he wrote my address down wrong for the appointment, did…read morenot have a mask with him or even offer to wear a mask upon entering my home so I had to wear a mask. Spent about 5 min taking the back off the inside of my freezer and then charged me $60 to put the screws back in. Save your money and get a free quote someplace else. Not worth the time or money I paid today for him to tell me I need a new fridge. He should have done a free visit just for being late!

It started to leak and get the floor wet. I took the machine in for an inspection. The tech said the pump housing was cracked but the machine was otherwise solid. $65.00 to replace the pump and it is still washing my clothes the machine has to be 15+ years old and works great. Next the old dryer gave out, it had worked for a long time and was due to be replaced. AAS had a reconditioned dryer for $145.00 excellent condition and worked perfect. The technician sold me the dryer and had it loaded into my truck in less than 15 minutes. Been running great for months and I couldn't be happier with it.This dryer now can keep up with the washer!! A super time saver on laundry day! Then some friends told me they were paying $67.00 every two weeks to Rent-a-Center for their washer dryer set. We went to AAS and found a comparable matched set for $325.00 for the pair. The AAC team delivered quickly and helped us get them set and ready to go. They work perfect. The rental place cost would have been close too $2000.00 more to pay for the other units. Visit the store, give them a call. An honest hard working technician that provides the right kind of value needed these days.

    I wish I have read review here and not in Google before I contacted Mr. Appliance. We paid ~$400 to…read morerepair a refrigerator issue that was not fixed at all, even after 3 visits. The technician initially recommended replacing a thermistor, which we approved based on his professional judgment. The repair did not resolve the issue. On a later visit, the technician himself expressed doubt that further expensive repairs would help. When we tried to resolve this with management, communication was extremely poor--we were repeatedly told someone would call us back and no one did. When we finally reached a manager, we were offered only ~$120 back, while being charged for multiple visits, diagnostics, and a part that did not fix the problem. At no point was it clearly explained that this would be a trial-and-error process with uncertain results. Very disappointing experience--both in terms of the repair outcome and how the situation was handled.

    I was getting an air flow error on my dryer. Denis came out and "checked" my vents and said they…read morewere fine. He said we could continue to use the dryer (and need to restart it every 10 minutes and take hours to dry 1 batch), replace the control board for $700-800, or buy a new dryer. So, I purchased a new dryer, got it installed yesterday and $1k later, I'm still getting the same air flow error. it has to be the vents. I called customer service to have someone competent actually come out and fix it. Their hours say open 24 hours, same day service. But that is only for scheduling apparently because they said it won't be until Monday before someone will call me back. The incompetence and lack of customer service is beyond frustrating. Follow-up... I have record that Denis was arriving to my house about 20 minutes after 3:03 pm from a text message. At 3:26 was when I got a call with his recommendation of a circuit board. He clearly had no time to do any diagnostics that he claims to have done. After a few unhelpful calls with staff, Noel, the manager was rude, unprofessional and refused to do anything to help with this situation. Horrible customer service on top of horrible business ethics. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
