I approached the same clerk. He was sitting on a stool in front of a computer looking at his phone. I was told he couldn't help me as he was waiting on a call from another store. Second clerk did help me with returns and new purchase. I was in the store for about 10 mins at least & the whole time the 1st clerk was looking at his phone while he waited for that incoming call on the store phone. However, this firm simply installs the first broken part, waits for you to call again and then advises you that even though is the same appliance that they just worked on, the cycle starts all over with a brand new, completely billable service call. Were they left over from last year? They were properly irrigated, along with the other new plants that are still thriving. We went to Country Gardens and complained and they refused to do anything about it, because we did not have them plant the trees. We know we properly took care of these trees and they do not stand behind their products and we will not do business with them again.
