In these high tech days, most companies don't have a clue about real customer service. Try going on Amazon chat and you will definitely know what I'm talking about. I recently began pen turning as a retirement hobby, and Craft Supplies USA has quickly become my…read morego-to source for pen kits. Their pen kit selection is large, the price is reasonable, shipping is fast, and customer service is outstanding. Their Artisan line of pen kits sourced from Taiwan is really top notch. I have wrecked a few pens during the turning process, and I really appreciate that every kit they sell has spare cut-to-length tubes available for a very reasonable price. Some suppliers only sell spare tubes in long lengths that need to be cut, and I don't want to invest in tube cutting equipment to salvage a pen kit.

It's really a farm supply company. They have snowblowers and riding lawnmowers, some farm fencing options, livestock feed, and supplies for raising chickens rabbits and such. They also have a good selection of clothing which seems to be of good quality. Don't expect Walmart prices but competitive for the quality level. easy access and you can park your truck and trailer if you need to. We were gonna try all of them, but as I smelled more and more scents, it was too much for me. I suggest not trying everything but just smell the ones you're interested in (maybe even like 30-40, but definitely not all). The process for making the candle was actually really simple. It took less than 10 minutes to make it, but at least 7 days for it to set. Also, make sure you can come back within 2 weeks to pick up the candle. Otherwise, it will be donated! The service was definitely 5/5! The staff were so friendly, and one offered to help us take photos at the end! Overall, I had a great experience at Wick Lab. However, it is pretty expensive (~$22 for one candle). Going there once to try it out was good enough for me, and I probably won't go back because of the price. FYI, make sure you make a reservation early if you plan to go there. I passed by the place twice before without a reservation, and unfortunately, it was full both times :( But it really depends on when you go. You can check the availability on their website.

I was shopping by myself and needed to use the restroom before shopping. Their restrooms are at the END of the store AFTER the registers. I tried to walk to the restroom through the receipt check and was stopped by quite a rude employee who forced me to walk through the entirety of the store before I could use the restroom. Her expectation was for me to walk through the entire store to use the restroom, come back to the start, grab a cart, and proceed through the entire store to do my shopping. You may ask, why not just shop and then use the restroom? Why would I leave my purchased groceries outside of the restroom in this complete chaos of an environment. I don't spend my money to donate to someone else when they decide to steal my groceries. Fix your policies! Absolutely ridiculous!
