I walked in, went straight to one of the 6 self-serve kiosk registers, ordered my food, and waited for my number to be called. Also, you do NOT need a membership to eat at the food court. You can just walk in through the exit and head straight to the food court, but I make sure to stop and grab some food after exploring all the great Costco deals.
