It was chaotic. Not a fan of how that was done. This location seems to be nicer than most Walmarts I have been to. The produce selection was better than every other one I have been to. Based on several shopping experiences, Costco corporate appears to be patting each other on the back for being "clever," while they are really unethical and manipulative. First, they don't mark the aisles, in order to manipulate the customer into impulse purchases, as he/she wastes extra time walking multiple aisles to find the item of interest. Employees are scarce, so asking one can be difficult. Second, they send you a check for your Costco dollars, rather than simply adding it to your account; once again, corporate is banking on a certain percentage of customers who forget to cash the check or who may even misplace it. I'm sure several upper execs are bonused partly on this cleverly stolen money. The cost of printing the Costco dollar checks is more than made up for, with those which are unredeemed. One rationalizes it by stating that they are doing nothing wrong - they give the consumer the check. It's his/her responsibility to cash/redeem it. An honest person (or company) would find the most fail-safe method to be sure someone receives everything they are owed. Costco's moral cynicism never ceases to baffle me. In spite of the billions they receive from loyal customers, they almost appear to look down on them.

After spending over an hour trying to find stuff the fitting rooms were closed at 630 on a Saturday…read morenight. There were two closets at the front and we waited in line for another hour to try on 3 pairs of pants. I think the waiting rooms need to stay open later on the weekends.

I asked if there was a way someone could find out for me. She said "No, you have to come in the store to a register to find out". I then called the Orem Ross store and I was immediately helped. The employee, said "Sure. Let me to get a register". She then quickly gave me the total on my card. I called the Spanish Fork store up again, and spoke with the same woman and asked why she wouldn't help me by transfering me to someone at a register. She said "Um.I guess I could have". I told her that she should have been more helpful, especially since she is the assistant manager. I will never shop there again. T

He's told me many things that have been alarmingly illegal treatment and unfair pay as well as the way they harassasingly called him when he quit. Good store to go to if you're a customer, but some employees aren't treated fairly with disabilities. I went to the store to pick up the case I paid for online only to realize it said the pick up wouldn't be ready til the following day. I must have looked defeated as a cashier asked If I needed help, I told him the situation and he went to find the manager. I wasn't too optimistic that it was going to go my way but hung around to find out. They searched the database and said it hadn't cleared the payment yet and sometimes it can take hours. The manager Deb asked an employee named Cabel, sweet girl in electronics, to find a way to for me to take the case with me that night. Long story short that found a way and I am typing from the safety of my new iPad case.

I avoid this Walmart location even though it is close to me. The Auto Center in particular has the…read moremost incompetent workers. They behave rude to compensate for their incompetence. What another store fixed in 30 minutes, this Walmart location could not fix after two days of visits with appointments and over 16 hours of leaving the car with them. At the very least, they should have said they can't fix it upfront instead of saying they can fix it and making me leave the car with them, and even telling me to come back the next day again for their specialist to work on it, and still be unable to fix a tire installation complication which they caused.
