I avoid this Walmart location even though it is close to me. The Auto Center in particular has the most incompetent workers. They behave rude to compensate for their incompetence. What another store fixed in 30 minutes, this Walmart location could not fix after two days of visits with appointments and over 16 hours of leaving the car with them. At the very least, they should have said they can't fix it upfront instead of saying they can fix it and making me leave the car with them, and even telling me to come back the next day again for their specialist to work on it, and still be unable to fix a tire installation complication which they caused. read more

This is about a product that Walmart makes and not about this specific store. I called the general toll-free customer service number for Walmart, but they did not seem to care about the product I was calling them about. I bought a 6-pack of Great Value toilet paper and paid almost 7 dollars for the package. It is really awful toilet paper. It is like what you would find in restrooms in stores, very thin and doesn't do the job. You can get good quality Charmin for only 99 cents more. I hope lots of people read this review. Springville Walmart car care, did a oil change and tire rotation. I lost my hub cap the same day. this hub cap has been on my car for years and never lost one. The service manager said he put them on himself and made sure they were secure. What then why is one gone??? He told me maybe some one sold it. LOL yea they would take 1 only. This Walmart is your run of the mill store, but it has a nice Utah twist. They have family sized EVERYTHING, which means you can guy gigantic-sized cereal bags that will last your family weeks (or less, because you have a ton of kids). Another nice touch is the mini-arcade in the back of the store. You can play Terminator Salvation or a variety of games with the family if you need to lounge around. read more

THE most unprofessional & unhelpful staff I've ever experienced in a Walmart. They had a bunch of teenagers running the 'customer service' so we had to wait around awkwardly while they were chatting, waiting for them to do their actual jobs. Horrible experience there all around. Then while we were grabbing our single item in plenty of time before the early closing time, the staff in the back of the store was also just messing around throwing merchandise at each other until one started seriously just yelling at us- 'Walmart will be closing!!! Head to the registers now!!!!' I was coming here a lot for our groceries- but now I'll drive further & go to Smith's instead. Not worth spending our money there. You won't ever get anyone helpful if you try to call either. Avoid if you can- they're much nicer at Spanish Fork just minutes away. read more

I for one am appalled at the conduct of the majority of the staff at this location. I have seen some of the most nauseating acts of racism discrimination and racial profiling while shopping here. I would like to believe that I am forward thinking and morally sound. So it is disheartening to see this type of behavior. These are not isolated incidents. As a middle class white male I am able to come into this store and not be followed aggressively and continually by the employees. However I constantly observe their staff follow and hover over anyone of color or anyone that does not fit the typical Utah County Mormon profile. Shame on them! read more

Its a Walmart. What more can I say. This was part of one of the newer generation of walmarts, the ceilings are high, and painted. Nicer than some of the older ones with low ceilings. It is always busy. That is a problem that you have to walk for quite a ways. I drive an old truck so I find myself parking out in the middle of nowhere. In all this is always clean, and a pretty good store for a walmart. The negative is always the walk to it. read more

I will be honest, until yesterday I had never had a real positive experience at Walmart. After purchasing an iPad at the Apple store I was in desperate need of a case. I went to the store to pick up the case I paid for online only to realize it said the pick up wouldn't be ready til the following day. I must have looked defeated as a cashier asked If I needed help, I told him the situation and he went to find the manager. I wasn't too optimistic that it was going to go my way but hung around to find out. They searched the database and said it hadn't cleared the payment yet and sometimes it can take hours. The manager Deb asked an employee named Cabel, sweet girl in electronics, to find a way to for me to take the case with me that night. Long story short that found a way and I am typing from the safety of my new iPad case. read more

I have always had excellent customer service here. The manager took the time to help me find a couple of items when I asked her for help. ( At the time I wasn't aware that she was the manage). Great place to shop. Only one qualm that I have is the amount of boys socks to choose from. Time to restock. read more

I have shopped at this Walmart for 19 years and for about the last three or four years, I have seen this GREAT store go down hill. They have quit carrying several items I considered a staple in my kitchen...tried mentioning it to the manager and others with no avail. The produce is TERRIBLE!! The Grapefruit and Lemons have rotten fruit in them. They just keep adding fresh fruit right on top of the spoiled. The Deli doesn't carry even half the meat they used to...and when I need a certain fried chicken they're out of it half the time. Checking out has got to be a joke, for there is only 1 to 2 checkers (even on weekends) most of the time. I have actually left this Springville store and went a few miles away to Spanish Fork (which is a smaller store) and they have 4 to 5 checkers, checking. Its Walmart, they have everything you could need, usually at the best prices. I always have two complaints at Walmart,...rude staff, and dirty stores. This location has neither, as of yet..when my wife and I shop here it is clean and have never had any instances of poor customer service. I have asked on two occasions for a employee to please check the backstock for baby formula (they seem to go through a lot) and both times they were gracious enough to check for me. read more

I went into Walmart looking to buy a game for my Xbox with the intent to price match the Walmart.com price. I talked to the man behind the electronics counter and he confirmed that Walmart price matches the game I was getting for a discount on the Walmart online store. The man then confirmed the online price and said that I could get the deal. Once he scanned my game and entered in the new price, he was ready to check me out. All that needed to be done was to get the CUSTOMER SUPPORT MANAGER to sign off on the transaction. A few mins went buy and the kind man apologized several times. After 10 mins of waiting there was still no help. The walmart employee then asked if we would go to the front check out counters and to see if the CUSTOMER SUPPORT MANAGER would be at the front counters to help us. The same thing happened at the front check out counters and we waited another 20 mins. This was nothing to do with the staff but all the fault of the manager working at the time. I left after 30 MINUTES OF WAITING without receiving my discount. This is bad management on the stores part. I will not be returning to this store anytime soon read more

My wife just returned from her weekly shopping and was fit to be tied from her experience this morning. The only cash register that was open was the one with 20 items or less. No others available. The only way to get checked out was through the self-check out. She does not like those registers because invariable there is a problem with one or two items. They are coded wrong in the computer and don't ring up with the right price. I don't know if the store does not have enough people to man the registers or if they just let the regular employees go to try and cut expenses. We would love to shop at another store, but we're on a fixed income and need to get the most for the money that we have. We are definitely at the mercy of Walmart and do not like it!!! read more

Worst place ever. First I'm waiting with No line 5 staff members there. Did not acknowledge me. One girl started to leave the register, I asked her if she was going to help me. And she replies "oh I didn't see you". Really????? So, Customer service is horrible - so , im from out of state trying to receive a money gram. Because my drivers license did not have a physical address they would not release funds. However my name is correct as the receiver. They know where the money came from which matches my drivers license and still refused to release the money. This is a policy that I feel is ridiculous, people that are out of state do not usually carry identification other than their drivers license. And because my drivers license had a PO Box instead of a physical address they refused to release the money. they refused to work with me. Typical derelicts working at Walmart rude staff, not enough cashiers, dirty. No customer service skills. Typical Walmart. . I do not support Walmart at all. Most all times we have shopped at Springville Wal-Mart, sale price of at least one item at the cash register is considerably more than sale price at shelf. Ex: Today, Gala apples were 98 cents a pound but $1.37 at the register. We checked the receipt and returned for the difference. Returns made us wait in line twice, bring the apples back, re-weigh them after a manager stated she will check on the price then went somewhere else, not returning to Returns. I think this is an intentional deterrent to return items. The shelve for Dole Pineapple juice was empty (as usual) as well as Friskies Cat Food. Took three weeks to get Soy Milk, two weeks to get white Bread and then it was MOLDY. I took the bread to a cashier, she didn't appear surprised. We keep our receipts and most all times there is a mistake; and its ALWAYS in the stores favor. When we attempt to match a price some cashiers are inconsistant with store policy. They demand to see the Ad although Wal-Mart policy does not require it. I have shopped Wal-Marts throughout Utah and in other states. I have lived in several other states and five foreign countries and I have an MBA. I have NEVER SEEN A STORE SO POORLY MANAGED!!!!!! read more

WALMART IS GREAT Walmart is a big store that is all over the United States. In my experience with Walmart it seems clean, nicely priced, and the people there seem to be nice. Walmart is really big and has a great variety of a lot of stuff (clothes, games, groceries, etc). Walmart has a lot of little themes they do to try to make people go there, some a pretty cool. What I think personally about Walmart is it has a lot of cool stuff to buy in all the sections. All the workers there seem to be nice and like to talk to others most of the time. My overall opinion about Walmart is I personally like it, and I recommend you to go there and see how it is. read more

I got there at 8:00a.m. Sunday to get my oil changed. The bay was dark. I waited for 10 minutes before walking completely around, through the store and back to automotive. The Technician there said the doors were locked and he couldn't open them...Manager wasn't scheduled until 8:30. Seriously? Ok, so I decided to go shopping while I was waiting. I returned at 8:40. Individual with a dumb look on his face just stared at me. Same Tech went to unlock the bay door, and dumb look said, "open the office first". Enough. I asked for my keys and left.
