    drug store!

BEST VISIT EVER!!! driving through utah i knew i would have to stop by and it was SO worth it!!! sweetest workers who were so helpful and kind. cutest set up ever. i have never seen something like this. it was set up like a grocery store even though it's clothing! there was a secret room and everything! decorations were so on point. absolutely obsessed. they even had fresh produce! there was a drug store part that printed your name on the bottle if you purchased a key chain or little item! everything was so personal and fun. totally recommend!

after following indy since her 2016 summer video i finally made the trip all the way from ohio and fell in love, i probably could've spent hours just deciding on what to get it was so nice to be able to see everything in person for once rather than just online& i didn't get their names but the two working were so so nice and helpful!!! loved it and would love so much to come back again

I have been following Indy for years, I had drove right past gg a few months ago & couldn't stop. So I was super excited to finally stop in this time through Provo. I found exactly what I went there for. Super excited I got to buy in store instead of ordering online! Everyone was super nice!

took the pics i snapped inside the store and went to canva to create this design. it's lonely ghost in real life.

EXTREMELY rude employees. Really unfortunate because I used to love this brand. In addition to being rude, they aren't very helpful.

This place is small, loaded with items and always busy. If you are okay with longer lines and trying to fight the crowd then have at it. Since this is the only Rancho in Utah County it is always packed with people. The aisles are really narrow and if you have a shopping cart be prepared to fight for space with other carts. They don't always have the items listed on their weekly specials so don't have a giant shopping list and expect everything in one stop. Mostly this is due to space. I will say that they have a lot of veggies and fruits considering the size. The produce area is always packed full and during the warmer months the tent out front has some of the weekly specials on display. For what they have, they do an amazing job. The bakery here is amazing though! I've tried many pastries and breads and everytime I've not been disappointed! Parking is tough even though it is a big lot. There are many businesses in the area so be prepared to circle. The staff at this location are alright. It's pretty hit and miss. Not as chatty as the other stores in Salt Lake and some are less friendly than expected. Again I'll blame being such a small location and having to do a lot of work to keep up with demand. Event hough it's small, they are constantly receiving and restocking their items. Shelves are neat and bins are filled full of items. If you're looking for essentials come here. Specialty things might be a little harder to find though compared to other stores.

Been here a few times already, it's just a tad further than I'd like it to be. The store itself is…read morepretty packed with food from aisle to aisle, and aisles are pretty narrow to begin with so if there's two of you in passing in one aisle, one, has to back out or else they would be invading your intimate space. However, this store has tons of variety of food from Chinese, Filipino, Indian, Thai, and Korean too. I'm pretty happy with what you can get here, especially having it be in Utah County (which lacks Asian grocery stores). I did come here last week and stocked up on snacks, Asian sauces, and other necessities. I did notice though, after I got home, that one of the items I purchased (ground chicharon = grinded up pork rinds) had the "sell by" date of May 2020 - say WHAT?! I was just there last week to buy this (November 2020). This item has been on the shelf for 6 months passed the "sell by" date. I'm assuming the "sell by" date of May 2020, means that maybe a week or two, it will then be no longer "fresh" to eat, therefore, why is it still on the shelf for purchase? In addition, I asked a young employee there to see if they carried it, and he said no. Two minutes later, I found it myself. Huh. So....this leads me to believe that: 1. The employees are not fully aware of what they carry and sell. 2. They don't frequently check shelves and expiration dates of items they are selling. It's great and all that this Asian grocery store exists in Utah county, but I think it needs improvement on the management side. Again, this store is not super close to home, so this is a money loss for me since I'm choosing to not drive 18+ miles one way to exchange/return this item (I bought 2 bags of it). If they kept their shelves up to date, this wouldn't have been an issue.
