The meals are set by Lemon & Sage and as you're making the meals you can choose to omit anything that you or your family wouldn't want. It's hard work, so don't expect to sit back and watch the food be made...you are chopping, sautéing, mincing, saucing...lots of hard work! Shannon was the owner and was there the whole time to help answer questions. She was very friendly and helpful! I went with 2 friends so we helped prep all of our meals together; one person would chop all the onions, one person sautéed the meats, etc. and I think that helped go faster. I would say though, don't go in a group of 3 because we the stations were better set up for 2 at each station so it took a little longer. Some things that I would have liked: *Some water bottles or access to some cups and water. *I thought that the meals would be complete meals, but some of them require you to make mashed potatoes or rice and it would have been nice to have everything you need for the meal. I enjoyed going with friends; it would be fun to do a date night and prep meals together. I would go again if I can get a good deal for it!

They carry so many other treats: candy, snacks, nuts. They also carry health and body building products, too, that are geared more toward "healthy" and less "chemicals." If you like the Utah Truffles bars that usually sell for $1.75 - $2.25, you can get a box of 24 for $29.99 that comes to $1.25 a bar. As much as I love the individually wrapped truffles in the bag, I love the bars even more. Lots and lots of stuff to shop there. You must check them out. I attempted to buy the Luxe Cool Season Collection online on the morning of November 1st--the day sales opened--but it was already sold out. Along with Luxe, the Summer Romance, Summer Fun, and Essentials Cool Season collections were also gone by then. Meanwhile, many single-variety packs remained available for weeks (even months) after the sale began. I completely understand demand being high, but it would be great if there were more availability for collections--or even additional collection options. Not everyone wants 72 of the same flower in their garden. I even emailed to ask if they'd be willing to put together a custom variety from what was still in stock, and was told no. I also attended the Cool Season Flower Sale in person this morning, arriving at 10:27 after parking blocks away. Unfortunately, the entire place was already wiped out. The line was massive, and everything was gone--despite the sale being advertised until 2 p.m. I was so disappointed, especially after putting in the effort to be there early. I love what Snuck Farms does, and I really appreciate the beauty and quality of their flowers. I just hope there might be some improvements to how collection sales and in-person events are managed in the future. It's disheartening to be excited and proactive, only to leave empty-handed both online and in person.

I got the Strawberry Matcha and it was delicious, not too sweet, and made with high-quality matcha. I also got a Cheesy Arepa from The Manjares. It was soooo good that I almost went back for a second one! Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and probably the best Arepa I've ever had. Lastly, I got a focaccia from Dat Sour Dough. It was sweet, herby, and smelled incredible. There are some great vendors at this market! Worth the visit.
