    Thick cut ribeye
    Susan B.

Heritage Craft Butcher was such a great find while we were in Orem for work. After having a ribeye from Trader Joe's that left me craving something better, I decided to stop in--and I'm so glad I did. The guys here are super nice, take the time to explain the cuts, and make sure you get exactly what you're looking for. I picked up a beautiful, thick-cut ribeye, and it was absolutely delicious! The quality difference was night and day compared to what I'd had before. My only regret is not being here longer to try their dry-aged ribeyes.

I was in the area and looking for a butcher to pick up a turkey breast to smoke. I found this butcher and my socks were knocked off at how clean and well out together this shop is. Prices were also amazing! I'm a forever customer! Thank you!

Heritage is the absolute best. Their meat is ridiculously good, much better than anything I've ever eaten from a normal grocery store. The selection is also top notch. They have cuts that I haven't seen anywhere else! To top it all off, they have very fair prices and the best customer service around. All of their employees are incredibly kind and helpful. We don't just enjoy eating what we buy from Heritage, we enjoy the experience we have every time we visit. By giving Heritage your business, you are supporting a local business run by great people AND receiving the best product around. I couldn't recommend this place enough!

WOW!!!! Absolutely BEST burger in Utah! This is really the perfect burger. I wouldn't change a…read morething. PLEASE do yourself a favor and try this out if you haven't!! First of all, you know it's gonna be good when it's listed as a "meat shop" rather than a restaurant! They source their meats only a few miles away from the shop in Provo and are committed to raising their cattle well. (Company quote: "If you take care of the cows, the cows take care of you") I love supporting a restaurant with well-sourced meat. Fun pictures and neon signs all around the shop, and the butcher is just in the back so you know it's fresh!! Great crew super friendly and service was fast. Now the actual burger. The toasted brioche bun, double stacked meat perfectly crispy in the smash burger style with American cheese, thick leafy lettuce, a couple tomatoes, perfect amount of onion, thick crisp pickles, and custom fry-sauce-esque "farmhouse sauce" was just *chefs kiss*!!! I don't even like pickles very much but it all came together perfectly on the burger. Fries were great too! And all that for a reasonable price! So after reading this review, the only question you should be asking yourself is... Why would you go anywhere else?

Always love the beef tallow sweet potato fries. Don't forget the house made fry sauce. Top tier. My daughter loves the beef corn dog. Great service and clean restaurant. This place ranks as one of our favorite dining options in Provo. Highly recommend.

This place is small, loaded with items and always busy. If you are okay with longer lines and trying to fight the crowd then have at it. Since this is the only Rancho in Utah County it is always packed with people. The aisles are really narrow and if you have a shopping cart be prepared to fight for space with other carts. They don't always have the items listed on their weekly specials so don't have a giant shopping list and expect everything in one stop. Mostly this is due to space. I will say that they have a lot of veggies and fruits considering the size. The produce area is always packed full and during the warmer months the tent out front has some of the weekly specials on display. For what they have, they do an amazing job. The bakery here is amazing though! I've tried many pastries and breads and everytime I've not been disappointed! Parking is tough even though it is a big lot. There are many businesses in the area so be prepared to circle. The staff at this location are alright. It's pretty hit and miss. Not as chatty as the other stores in Salt Lake and some are less friendly than expected. Again I'll blame being such a small location and having to do a lot of work to keep up with demand. Event hough it's small, they are constantly receiving and restocking their items. Shelves are neat and bins are filled full of items. If you're looking for essentials come here. Specialty things might be a little harder to find though compared to other stores.
