I wish they would let me live here. The food is inexpensive and comes in large portions! The pozole that I got was hot and came with a whole plate of fixings like lime and cilantro. The people were friendly and the service was quick. Come here and come here often. Also, if you're a fan of horchata, this place has the best you'll find. read more

Not my most favorite Rancho but still a great choice if you are looking for great fruits and veggies at wonderful prices. For Utah County you can't beat this place. This place is small, loaded with items and always busy. If you are okay with longer lines and trying to fight the crowd then have at it. Since this is the only Rancho in Utah County it is always packed with people. The aisles are really narrow and if you have a shopping cart be prepared to fight for space with other carts. They don't always have the items listed on their weekly specials so don't have a giant shopping list and expect everything in one stop. Mostly this is due to space. I will say that they have a lot of veggies and fruits considering the size. The produce area is always packed full and during the warmer months the tent out front has some of the weekly specials on display. For what they have, they do an amazing job. The bakery here is amazing though! I've tried many pastries and breads and everytime I've not been disappointed! Parking is tough even though it is a big lot. There are many businesses in the area so be prepared to circle. The staff at this location are alright. It's pretty hit and miss. Not as chatty as the other stores in Salt Lake and some are less friendly than expected. Again I'll blame being such a small location and having to do a lot of work to keep up with demand. Event hough it's small, they are constantly receiving and restocking their items. Shelves are neat and bins are filled full of items. If you're looking for essentials come here. Specialty things might be a little harder to find though compared to other stores. read more

Change your god damn hours on google if your gonna close early. It's a long drive and both times I've come it's been closed early

The service is poor but the products are mostly good. I enjoyed the selection of items and the produce is great. The prices are nice but the part that they need to fix is the service. When you are a business, you work to keep customers and you attempt to be accommodating within reason. I will not understand why I was not helped when I went to the butcher section. There were two women there and they were not cleaning, cutting nor servicing another customer. They chose to ignore both me and my son. I walked to where the shrimp was and waited. They both looked at me. I walked over to where the ticket dispenser was and found that there were no tickets. They looked at me. My son got upset and reminded me to never reward stores that treat you poorly with your money. I wanted to give the benefit of the doubt. I could not find the avocados that were on special. I walked around the store four times and could not get help. I had to ask other customers and they didn't find them either. I went to the check out and asked the cashier, Katty, if they were out of avocados. She turned to the other cashier and asked in Spanish. Neither one of them knew if they had any avocados. (I happen to understand Spanish...surprise!) Katty tells me that they probably have the little ones. I told her that those are the ones in their ad and they are what I was looking for. She didn't bother. She shrugged her shoulders. Also, she greeted other customers but didn't greet my son or me. I needed the produce that I bought for dinner but my son's words rang in my head. I will NOT be back. I really wanted it to be a better experience. read more

I'm in Oklahoma. Never been to this place yet, I had a charge for $79.99 hit my checking account... In OKLAHOMA. I've called Rancho Markets 4 times trying to get my money back. Someone at this market has hung up on me 3 times. Last time was told she could not help me. Contact their customer service department. So I'll try that! This should not be so difficult! read more

closed 30 minutes before actual closing time, weren't very polite about telling us it was closed.

I love this store best place to get great produce at great prices! I wouldn't go any place else!!

... I dont know. It totally reminds me of the bodega aurera in mexico... just all the stuff it has... that i dont buy. They got cheap produce... you can get about 2 tons of limes for a nickel, which is a really good deal (that may be an exaggeration). But lets get to the only reason I go here: The counter where, if you don't speak spanish... GET OUT!! Pound=libra, And you better know your damn 1-10 in spanish. You know what makes me upset people who say, " You're in america speak english." Because you wanna know what every other country besides us, teaches their kids multiple languages. So learn your GD 1-10 in spanish and the word is libra. This place has delicious meats for tacos that are reasonably priced and for the one and only important thing... queso oaxca. I should just end my review here. That is the one thing it has that no where else (so far) has, and if you want a delicious quesadilla throw some of that on a griddle let it char with some fried veggies, throw some meat on, wrap it in a tortilla... freaking delicious. THE VERDICT: Go here for mexican related food and drink. You better know spanish or get the efe out. (efe is how you say F in spanish). The staff is friendly... and wants to talk about your day, so have fun. Did i mention if you dont speak spanish get the F out? read more

The best super market in town !! Produce and meats are very good deals I spend 45$ and I bring food for me and my wife for 7 days .. This is amazing.. Totally recommended .. read more

They were great!! We got meat that was seasoned for our street tacos for a family reunion, it was a hit!!

This is an absolute gem in Provo. They have almost everything you would ever need--if you you are looking for ingredients in Latin food--be it fresh, shelf stable, frozen, refrigerated, etc. They had sweet limes! Never had them? They are fantastic. They had frozen guanábana, mango, and passion fruit pulp. They had delicious Mexican pastries. They had Malta (not India though). They had plátanos, guineos rulos, and guayabas. They had so many things in that small place, it was amazing. read more

Disappointed!!! I really wanted a bowl of menudo. After being charged $12.98, I thought I would have gotten something better than what tasted like meat with water. After explaining this to the supervisor, they refused a refund. The ladies in the kitchen also made me feel bad by saying I had been eating it for a while, and I completely disagree! I tried adding seasoning and being satisfied at fist, but just felt like the price did not justify the meal. The kitchen food is not great, the grocery store side is fine. read more

Recently went to Rancho's and it has expanded since the last time I was there last year. More aisle space, brighter, and better organized! Don't get intimidated by not knowing Spanish, because Spanish or not we're all there for the deals :D Their produce is a steal! For example, if you need tomatoes, avocados, and colorful bell peppers check this place out first! The restaurant well, let's just say it is where all the Latinos go for a reason: it's probably the most authentic there is in the city outside of la cocina! read more

They have great prices on produce! I seriously dislike shopping elsewhere because of the price difference! Also, it has a fun atmosphere and staff! Check it out! (P. S. You really don't need to be able to speak Spanish to shop here, although it IS helpful) read more

Whoa... Excellent food for excellent prices. at the little restaurante at the back, I ordered two burritos, uno de buche y uno de carnitas. Wow, those burritos were delicious. I also ordered a large horchata and it was the best. But you have to get the chicharones. They are excellent!!! I have to come back for more. read more

When you go here, you are walking right into Mexico, which I love! The produce is great and the prices are embarrassingly cheap! I speak "baby" Spanish, but they are so sweet with me and always take time to explain everything. Once I left my purse in the outdoor bins in front, and they FOUND it and brought it to me when I told them I lost it. Every penny was still in there! The meat is great, and the baked goods are so perfectly Mexican tasting! We ate in their little restaurant and it was the genuine taste! I am totally addicted to this wonderful Mercado! (market in Spanish.) read more

This is an amazing Mexican market at a convenient location in Provo. The meat counter and pastry counter are both amazing. The produce section is wonderful. It's not Walmart, so don't plan on buying your non-food items here, but for some of your fresh groceries, you can't beat it. read more

Great Mexican market! Bakery & tortillas made fresh on location. Mexican restaurant inside has very reasonable family meal deals. The meat section has marinated meats. Where else can you get tilapia for $1.39/lb? read more

Who doesn't like Rancho Markets? Well, people who don't like Mexican food, I guess. But for the rest of the world, this place is awesome. Great prices, great products, nice people--they always wonder whether to speak English or Spanish to me--and very good meat. I love their freshly made tortillas, tortilla chips, and their restaurant. read more

I love this place for veggie and fruit deals. Also, get there early on Sunday for delicious tacos! I love that they have the grilled veggies that they add to your plate. The tacos also come in generous proportion of meat and they aren't greasy like a lot of places. My friend is a vegetarian and he can't eat any of the meat tacos and the lady was nice enough to give him 4 taco skins to eat with the DIY salsa bar. You need to give this place a go! read more

As a grocery store they're ok. As a restaurant their food is fantastic! So why one star? Well, it would be fantastic if I could get it. They are open till 9. The ladies in the restaurant have turned me away four times in a row for asking for food "too late". So let me ask you: is 7:00 too late to cook something that takes 30 mins max to cook? How unprofessional. As if to rub salt in it (funny, that would be a pun if they actually cooked) they're very rude. No apologies. No one back there speaks English, but I speak fluent Spanish. Even so her reply to my order is "No." as she looks me in the eye. Upstanding people. read more

Remarkable food. Looking for breakfast, and not wanting to go to one of those "American diners" just to feel gross I found this place by accident. I was looking for Whole Foods and this place came up. Following a prompting that there might be a small deli style restaurant, the frenzy was on. I ordered a #15 and had my way with it. I also order a tamale even though I was thinking that would be way to much food. Tamale FRESH! Beef.. Amazing! Fresh corn tortillas! Glass bottle of COKE (no plastic in the ocean, Vice News: Garbage Island) Thank you, Mochas Gracias! read more

We wanted to try the food here for the first time the ladies working in the kitchen were very rude!! I felt very rushed the menu this market had many options to choose from keep in mind its our first time here so we had no idea what to pick, i felt like i just had to pick whatever so the lady could finally stop asking "anything else!?"by the way the horchata is horrible very concentrated tasted more like a smoothie!!!!!!! read more

The grocery store is good but the restaurant in back has the best street tacos in Provo and a strong torta as well.

Great grocery store. Big selection, busy, good product turnover. Great prices too and BOMB fresh tortillas.

I love this market! I don't speak any spanish and the employees make me feel like royalty. The bakery is amazing and the whole store is spotless. When we get done shopping we stop at the restaurant for authentic mexican food. We shop here every week for the fresh produce. read more
