I came in here looking for the brand "Real Salt" and I found it in different sizes! A smaller container used for table salt, and a bigger container to refill the table salt size. They also have a specific area that offers natural products like deodorant, and essential oils. I was pleasantly surprised that they had this section, and even had someone specifically standing in this area to help you look for something specific. But what really sold me "SOLD ME" on this store was finding milk in a glass bottle! I know that's kind of old school, but when it comes to milk, I'm all for "old-school" it should be served/it should come in a glass bottle - pretty nostalgic over here about my milk! As a little girl, the milkman used to come to the house delivering milk in a crate, and all in glass bottles. Some things are just done better in "old" ways in my opinion! I was at another Smith's and I wanted to get this pizza that was on sale. They were out so I called this smiths the one by my house that I don't try to go to anymore . I talked to Keegan and I asked him if he had the hot honey pepper feta private selection pizza he put me on hold. He said he went to look. He said they had it and I repeated that it was the private selection, hot honey pepper feta pizza. I asked if it was on the shelf he said yes it's on the shelf so I drove all the way over there to find there is not even a place for this pizza on their shelf. My problem with this interaction is not that I didn't get pizza. It's that I spent my time going over there to get something that wasn't even on the shelf because the employee didn't bother to look and just lied to me that they had it. I talked to management. I told them the story Keegan was present. I told Keegan I get that everybody's understaffed and we're all busy, but if you don't have time to actually go do what you say you're going to do which is look for it then just ask somebody else to help the customer instead of telling them something that's not true. I would like to see this location give all of their employees some customer service remediation. This is not my first poor customer service at this location. I think everybody could benefit from it. For an hour they just kept repeating "This action cannot be taken." "No further action can be taken." What a waist of money to pay people to sit there and talk like robots (it was a real person though) instead of just givng me the fair price. They are going to have to take tons of calls like this, and they'll end up losing so money even with the price gauging they're doing. And if walmart is going to start charging me Harmons prices cause they think I'm "rich", then I'll just go to Smiths or Harmons or even Hmart because the quality is infinitely better.
