This confused the system which then did not want to help the cashier make bill change...the cashier did not know how to make bill change on their own. 100-67=33 not hard, he had issues. Only wanted to do 32, told him he had been given exact change, did the math, said his till would balance. He was not sure. Maybe allow the system to take exact coin change without rounding. Maybe don't do built in auto theft when exact change is offered. Just a thought. I understand the rounding when exact change is not offered but when it is accept it.

I know that's kind of old school, but when it comes to milk, I'm all for "old-school" it should be served/it should come in a glass bottle - pretty nostalgic over here about my milk! As a little girl, the milkman used to come to the house delivering milk in a crate, and all in glass bottles. Some things are just done better in "old" ways in my opinion! I asked if it was on the shelf he said yes it's on the shelf so I drove all the way over there to find there is not even a place for this pizza on their shelf. My problem with this interaction is not that I didn't get pizza. It's that I spent my time going over there to get something that wasn't even on the shelf because the employee didn't bother to look and just lied to me that they had it. I talked to management. I told them the story Keegan was present. I told Keegan I get that everybody's understaffed and we're all busy, but if you don't have time to actually go do what you say you're going to do which is look for it then just ask somebody else to help the customer instead of telling them something that's not true. I would like to see this location give all of their employees some customer service remediation. This is not my first poor customer service at this location. I think everybody could benefit from it. Especially those with disabilities or chronic health conditions. Following a minor, accidental self-checkout oversight, their loss prevention Security escalated the situation into a hostile interrogation in a back room. More alarming than their automated corporate policies was their physical and aggressive overreach: Disregarding Medical Needs: I live with Multiple Sclerosis and moderate balance issues. While walking to the back room, their staff repeatedly tried to block and shove my partner who acts as my medical caretaker and was actively explaining that I needed his support to walk. Forced Isolation Tactics: They attempted to shove my caretaker out of the room repeatedly asking if he was coming in or not, refusing to acknowledge that a disabled person has a right to necessary medical and physical assistance. Invasive Search Overreach: Private security has no legal authority to act like law enforcement, yet they also subjected my partner to an invasive pat-down and bag search trying to claim he could have weapons. If anyone who suffers with cognitive, recall or processing issues for executive functioning or active memory, please be wary in self check out. I had paid for literally all my groceries and forgot one item in the cart I thought I had already paid for then put in a bag as I was getting ready to leave. That's when we were stopped by security where they continually tried separating me from my partner as he was trying to help me walk to carry our bags without a cart and escalating the situation when we got to the room. Accusing me of intending to steal a $4 item that I had agreed to pay for which they instead slapped with a $250 fine and trespassed me for life from all locations over a one time offense and a single mistake for $4. Law enforcement was not involved but they made it clear that if we didn't cooperate with their scare tactics and invasive search that it could very easily go that direction as my partner and I were being ambushed by three hostile and fairly large men in security uniforms.

I also like how there's plenty of parking and it's in a plaza with plenty of restaurants and other stores (i.e. Petsmart, Panda Express, Kohl's).
