Lots of homes being built and this particular location doesn't seem too busy yet. In fact, the parking lot was pretty empty and the store itself wasn't crowded at all. Kind of enjoyed shopping without bumping into people. Loved the deals! Monica was right about signing up for their emails to hear about special promotions or events. Really bummed we missed their Easter activity! Anyway, the aisles are spacious and clean. The shelves are well stocked with a variety of items. Happy to have found a few of my favorite things here!

It isn't the vast "super center" that many of us are used to shopping in, but they do carry the necessities. Was impressed with the cleanliness and the produce looks really good. Grabbed my essentials while walking through the store and then teasing yo to the registers. Checker greeted us and asked us if we were ready to check out before waking back behind the check stand. Didn't really check prices, tho eggs were cheaper we than the grocery around the corner and the bread was about the same as a a bigger grocery store. They blame Food Club. They will not give you the price on their on-line add either. This is a joke. If there is an add put out with their name on it, they should honor it. This happens all the time too. Food Club may put the add out, but they better realize that it's Pioneer Market with the tarnished name. I have unsubscribed from their on-line add. I really don't like going there to get deals when they don't honor the deals.

Also, their Haagen-Dazs bars were on clearance sale for only $1.59, so I snatched a bunch. Cheryl, the staff at self-checkout, was super helpful. I had some trouble with using the coupons, and she showed me how to do it correctly and explained how it all worked, and she even gave me some helpful tips for the future! She definitely went above and beyond. I was very satisfied with her service. This was actually my first time going to this location, and I'll for sure come back more often!

He said they had it and I repeated that it was the private selection, hot honey pepper feta pizza. I asked if it was on the shelf he said yes it's on the shelf so I drove all the way over there to find there is not even a place for this pizza on their shelf. My problem with this interaction is not that I didn't get pizza. It's that I spent my time going over there to get something that wasn't even on the shelf because the employee didn't bother to look and just lied to me that they had it. I talked to management. I told them the story Keegan was present. I told Keegan I get that everybody's understaffed and we're all busy, but if you don't have time to actually go do what you say you're going to do which is look for it then just ask somebody else to help the customer instead of telling them something that's not true. I would like to see this location give all of their employees some customer service remediation. This is not my first poor customer service at this location. I think everybody could benefit from it. This is a pretty decent little international grocery. It's not my favorite, but it's closest to my…read morehouse, and they do carry some items I haven't been able to find elsewhere (most notably sumac, which I searched for FOREVER). They have a good selection of spices, rice, ghee, beans, tahini, and Indian snack food. They have a refrigerated/frozen section with paneer and some meat, and a small amount of beauty products as well. Prices are reasonable, and if you do buy spices they are sold by the bag, so as long as you'll use it all they are a great deal. Most of the time it is the same guy at the cash register who helps me and he is really friendly, but yesterday I visited and there was no one out front, although I could hear people working in the back. A man came out and looked at me, but didn't say anything, and went right back to the stock room. I was actually looking for a specific spice, but ended up leaving empty handed because I couldn't find it (that's another thing, their organization is a bit haphazard, especially when it comes to the spices). This is the first time that's happened, but it kind of left a bad taste in my mouth. I have no doubt I'll be back, but most likely I'll check other stores first in the future. Oh, and just a note, it is a small store, and on the weekends it can get packed. There is only one cash register, so if you see a lot of cars in the lot I'd come back, otherwise you might wait 15 or 20 minutes to check out.

I was more in search of ingredients for a dish I was planning, which this market fell short of. The meat and fresh produce section is limited and the seafood did not look fresh. The bakery that is attached inside was 75% empty and only prepackaged bread products were displayed. There were two other little shops as well where you could purchase food/deserts. Overall, my expectations for this place fell short and with the limited selection I think I would prefer a more local place that doesn't require me to go out of my way to shop at.
