The foods found in this store have many varieties. From vegetables, meats, fishes , sauces, can foods, dried foods, noodles. They are a bakery, boba drinks store and Chinese dumplings store inside too. The staffs are very helpful. The setups are easy to locate food. The store is well lighter. I was looking for a local Asian store and came across "Asian Market". I would say the selection is very limited and more geared towards snacks and quick and easy products such as ramen, frozen foods, chips, sweets, and other things of that nature. I was more in search of ingredients for a dish I was planning, which this market fell short of. The meat and fresh produce section is limited and the seafood did not look fresh. The bakery that is attached inside was 75% empty and only prepackaged bread products were displayed. There were two other little shops as well where you could purchase food/deserts. Overall, my expectations for this place fell short and with the limited selection I think I would prefer a more local place that doesn't require me to go out of my way to shop at. read more

H Mart this is not. The food court area looks like one restaurant run by a completely disinterested family. The fresh food area had a tiny selection of kimchi and kimbap. The saving grace though is the basic grocery selection and the low, low prices. It's going to be cheap, especially if you're from the east coast like me. Had Malaysian chicken curry & rice at the little Nin Hao cafe (to the left as you enter). Tasty, but needed more sauce. Dipping sauce for Mandu was super savory/yummy - wanted to buy more. Service was friendly. Ambiance is very "I'm eating in a grocery store," but that was fine with hungry folks in a full dining area. Bought a few grocery items afterward. read more

Love it has so much selections of things I need that I can't find anywhere else in stores.Especially a whole isle different selections of noodles that I luv to choose from and vegetables are fresh and overall I can get stuffs I can cook and make that I miss from Hawaii here in Utah.One of my favorite stores to go to. read more

I love this store! Defiantly the best in the Orem/provo area in terms of variety and prices. We love getting produce here for very cheap, especially their different greens and mushrooms (there's quite an variety) that go well in noodles or steamed/fried with rice. We also love trying new ramen or noodles from their ramen selection (they have an entire isle) and trying new and interesting fruit drinks. The employees have always been helpful in recommending items or helping me find what I'm looking for. It can be a little overwhelming if you're new to Asian markets but they have it well organized by geographical regions and countries' foods. Parking has never been an issue. They also just opened a new food counter that looks really good! Excited to try it out. read more

While it's a small store, it's very well stocked for products representing a wide cross section of Asian and Asian-pacific foods. I've been happy to find some Southeast Asian ingredients without having to drive quite a bit to a Southeast Asian store. South Asian ingredients are represented but not as widely. My one quibble is that the produce isn't always fresh and occasionally the meat had freezer burn. Overall a reliable neighbourhood source for Asian foods. read more

Overall great selection when it comes to frozen foods, ingredients and seafood, drinks, snacks, dishes, even cooking appliances. I've been to the store twice now, and both times I was not disappointed. I found just what I needed fairly easily. On the outside it doesn't look all that big, however the store has quite a large interior just full of whatever you might need. The people there are extremely friendly and helpful and overall I have no complaints. Now when it comes to the restaraunt located inside of the store, if I could give it a 10 star rating I would! Amazing service, very friendly staff and probably the best food I've had in a very long time. I especially loved their ramen as well and I can't wait until I need to go shopping again for ingredients there so I can stop by and grab some more! A quick warning though, the ramen can either be made spicy or mild and the spicy option is spicier than you might initially think but if you love spicy foods like me I highly recommend it. read more

It has all your essentials when it comes to meat, produce, and grains. Discounts are also included, just ask the employees for how to get them. Since almost all items are high demand but low supply, expect prices to be a little higher than your Asian markets on the west coast. Clean and they are constantly restocking items. A large, full service, Asain market finally comes to Orem. Huzzah. They appear to have just about everything I could imagine, and much I can't. It also has a fast casual dining area. Unlike a place like OceanMart, there's no hardcore Chinese. No offal, or blood. In some respects, too bad, but they know the audience. It's things that aren't likely to put of the locals, and it's provided without so much sugar. There are lots of dishes that look great. The food the wife and I had was very good. Certainly, when you tie in price, and knowing it's cooked well ahead. Nobody should be doing the Panda place, and similar, with Asian Market in the area. Although not really Asian, they have a solid selection of Tim Tams. They mention having Filipino ingredients. That means they better have bangús (milkfish). This is the first place I've seen that. They have a number of other frozen seafood items that interest me. I like home made Ramen, but doing noodles is not going to happen. The best noodles are made by Sun Noodle. They supply some of the best places in the US. They supplied Naked Fish when they were around. They have them here. They're not labeled as such, but you can still tell the frozen packets that are Sun Noodle. All in all, this is a great addition, and I really hope there is enough people that can keep them in business. read more

This Is the closest Asian grocery store to my house in Utah County. I'm pretty happy with the selection of goods found in here. They have a whole isle just for Filipino grocery items which is great. If you are looking for the Filipino snacks though, it will be in the "snacks" section, not in the aisle labeled Filipino foods. To my surprise, they also carry Filipino ice cream, frozen fIlipino food, and some hard to find treats but those will vary depending on the time of year. They have a good selection of fresh Asian veggies too! AND they have a full tank of fresh live crab, waiting for you to pick and take home fresh! Too bad this is Utah so the live crabs are pretty pricey (sad face). To the left of the store they have ready-to-eat Chinese food which you can chose to eat there (they have a few tables to sit in) and they also have a boba drink place to order boba drinks and smoothies. Ate there once and the food was just ok. The boba drink I ordered from there is not great, you can get it better at other places. read more

This store is like the TARDIS--bigger on the inside. Seriously for being so small, it had everything we needed and more. We are used to going to Ocean Mart which is huge but we'll be coming here a lot more often. But don't think that this just a store to get your ingredients and equipment for your Asian recipe. There is a Dominican food counter inside with delicious food, and a counter with Mexican churros, and another with Boba drinks. Fantastic! read more

It's no 99 Ranch Market, but it will do. This Asian market has just about anything you need when it comes to Chinese, Japanese, Filipino, Thai, and Korean cooking. It's missing a lot of Indian, Malay and Vietnamese staples but you can't win em all. You're more than likely to find the ingredient you're looking for, just maybe not the brand you want. The produce and meat/seafood sections are better stocked than the smaller location in Provo, but they could still be better quality. You can get cute of meat that aren't as common in the West but they're all frozen.There wasn't anything particularly special that I knew I had to buy because I wouldn't see it anywhere else. If I need some light soy sauce or something, I'll come here. But for special or fresh Asian ingredients I'll still go to Chinatown Supermarket in SLC. read more

Honestly so happy I found this place! Has a great selection of Korean foods, as well as a bunch of other random food from Asia and Polynesia. They have gimbap so that alone makes me very happy. The place is clean, organized, and the majority of items have English descriptions/prices below them, which makes shopping easier. If you're ever in need of Asian groceries this is the go-to store in Utah County. They have two locations, one in Orem and one in Provo. The Provo location is the original location. The Provo location is a bit smaller area right now is kind of a pain because of construction. As far as the store goes, you can find MOST items here. Curry paste, noodles, and so forth. The noodles are a bit pricey though. The store is very dirty and that's pretty much my only complaint. The Orem location is newer and not as dirty. The employees here are so nice and super helpful. Their food court has recently been updated to include Japanese and Dominican Republic food. I got ramen and they went out of their way to customize a vegetarian broth. Delicious and amazing customer service! Will definitely be back! read more

My experience included a very rude associate when attempting to order a milk tea. She graciously continued walking away from me when I asked if teas were being made this morning. To which she said, "I'm not in charge of that." Great, that wasn't the question I asked!! I then inquired, "Well do you know who is in charge?" And I never got a response, she returned to the kitchen with her nasty attitude. Management of the store - this is an attempt to notify you - you just lost a customer due to a unashamedly rude woman who refused to answer simple questions. Perhaps she should be removed from this establishment considering she isn't willing to even look at people when they are talking. Disgusted! read more
