Lots of homes being built and this particular location doesn't seem too busy yet. In fact, the parking lot was pretty empty and the store itself wasn't crowded at all. Kind of enjoyed shopping without bumping into people. Loved the deals! Monica was right about signing up for their emails to hear about special promotions or events. Really bummed we missed their Easter activity! Anyway, the aisles are spacious and clean. The shelves are well stocked with a variety of items. Happy to have found a few of my favorite things here!

I think I bought the last one on the shelf yesterday-sorry about that. Hopefully they get a new shipment soon. I love local businesses and I'm glad to see that this small store found a home in Herriman. It isn't the vast "super center" that many of us are used to shopping in, but they do carry the necessities. I love the vibe here (can a grocery store have a 'vibe'?) and I don't feel stressed or rushed when I'm browsing the aisles, appreciating the cool things I find here that I might not find elsewhere.

I needed to get flowers for a photo shoot and I knew that Trader Joe's is the best option for flowers since they have a great selection, so I was brave and embraced the chaos. While I was there, I also got the bourbon vanilla bean paste for my coffee because I've seen it all over social media and have been wanting to give it a try. It's pretty good! Def recommend if you make your coffee at home.

On May 30, 2026, at 8:45 a.m., I shopped at Trader Joe's in Draper, Utah. After checking my…read morereceipt, I realized that I had been charged for 22 cans of fish, even though I only had 20 cans in my cart. A very young cashier reluctantly and slowly counted the cans, appearing to have an attitude of, "Why do I need to do this?" When he realized there were only 20 cans, he corrected the receipt and simply said, "It's OK!" Mistakes happen, and I understand that. However, a simple "Sorry, I made a mistake" would have gone a long way. Instead, I was left feeling as though I had done something wrong by bringing the error to this 'oh-so-cool' cashier. I replied, "It is not OK," and asked to speak with a manager. Unfortunately, the manager also appeared completely uninterested in the situation. Again, there was no apology - nothing. She simply said, "OK," gave me an "I couldn't care less" look, and made me feel as though I was creating unnecessary commotion over a trivial issue. A warning to customers: Count your items and review your receipt carefully. A friendly suggestion to management: Since some members of the store's leadership appear not to know how to handle customer concerns professionally, additional customer service training may be beneficial. Cashiers should also be trained to demonstrate at least a basic level of courtesy and professionalism. Finally, it would be nice if Trader Joe's added self-checkout lanes. While I believe it is very important for stores to provide employment opportunities in an age of increasing automation, experiences like this make it easy to understand why many customers prefer self-checkout over interactions with careless and discourteous staff.

At all Harmons stores, it is always a pleasure to shop. They have items that you do not find at other grocery stores. They have an upscale deli that has many delicious items. The bakery is great and they have a bread slicing service for free with any of their loaves. Their gift section is actually very nice with wonderful products. They have a whole large wall-like display by the cash registers of nothing but gourmet chocolates. Everything they do here is top notch. 5* = A top favorite. Mind-blowing good. I will definitely return and I will go out of my way to go here. Worth every dime of my money. 4* = Outstanding. Top-tier. Some elements not quite as good as it gets, but it still is worthy of my regular business. 3* = Good experience. I might do repeat business if it is convenient, the only option, the only one in its category, or on a whim, but would not be among the first thing to come to mind. Would definitely recommend you trying it to get your own take on it. 2* = Not so good. Would not recommend at all. Waste of money. 1* = How are they still in business? Stay away at all costs!
