If you like Utah Truffles then this is the place. This is where they are made. Along with Sam's Club's Member's Mark Assorted Truffles, Trader Joe's Dark Chocolate Covered Caramels, and several other things. Every 2nd Saturday they have a Seconds Sale. What constitutes a "second" I have no idea. All I know is that a bag of Dark Chocolate Truffles that usually go for $11.78 at Sam's Club is $7.00. Got some amazing Mrs. Calls Sea Salt Caramels for only $6 a bag usually sell for $20 on Amazon. Simply the best caramel I've ever had. So smoooooooth! Got several items this Saturday. They carry so many other treats: candy, snacks, nuts. They also carry health and body building products, too, that are geared more toward "healthy" and less "chemicals." If you like the Utah Truffles bars that usually sell for $1.75 - $2.25, you can get a box of 24 for $29.99 that comes to $1.25 a bar. As much as I love the individually wrapped truffles in the bag, I love the bars even more. Lots and lots of stuff to shop there. You must check them out. Family run business, Monday - Saturday 9:00a - 6:00p. 5* = A top favorite. Mind-blowing good. I will definitely return and I will go out of my way to go here. Worth every dime of my money. 4* = Outstanding. Top-tier. Some elements not quite as good as it gets, but it still is worthy of my regular business. 3* = Good experience. I might do repeat business if it is convenient, the only option, the only one in its category, or on a whim, but would not be among the first thing to come to mind. Would definitely recommend you trying it to get your own take on it. 2* = Not so good. Would not recommend at all. Waste of money. 1* = How are they still in business? No doubt in my mind that The Nut Garden has changed their milk chocolate on their cinnamon bears and almonds to a lesser quality. Both are only average now; whereas, they used to be great. I'll be buying both elsewhere unless they change back to the "quality" milk chocolate. read more

Went out there for a sale and left with more than we planned. They had so many treats! And they let you same the nut butters. I expected to love the mint flavor, and I did, but my favorite was the cinnamon bun almond butter. Had to buy some because it was sooo good! I'll definitely return to get more of that nut butter. I believe he was the manager or owner. He had circular glasses. He was very nice! Brought us samples of things for my kids and me to try. I discovered The Nut Garden because they're the recommended place to buy Utah Truffles, and I ended up finding everything I needed and buying a whole lot more! What a great little shop! I was impressed with their selection, despite the store's footprint, and the customer service was excellent. If you're on the hunt for locally-made, reasonably priced, and great quality artisanal chocolate, dried fruit, nut butter, and other goodies, look no further! The Nut Garden is the newest addition to the Bluffdale area right off Bangerter and 2700 West. They are located in an industrial complex, but easy to get to and clear signage-you can't miss it! Inside you'll find a huge variety of nuts-prepackaged as well as bulk options to make your own trail mix (or just stock up on your favorite nuts.) I was delighted to also find a good amount of individually sold Built Bars and drink packets. These are hard to come by-I usually end up buying them online and get a mystery variety pack. Now I can come get just what I want. There is also a bit of dried fruit and even some candy. This will be a must-stop for me when looking for gifts; there are so many options! Went here to get some of Renee's cheesecake(a food truck that sells their product here sometimes) and ended up leaving with a good handful of other fun treats. Chocolate truffles, unique flavored popcorn, and a handful of other assorted bags of goodies. Service was good, woman running the register was very kind. The shop is smaller than expected but quaint and gives a cozy feel for ambiance. There's an upstairs which is supposed to be mostly for the chocolate truffles I guess but seemed like 70% office and storage. Overall a good time and worth another visit to try out new things! read more

Decent selection of things. It's a good place to get specialty items. I was imagining more of a bulk store where you could buy all sorts of nuts, etc by weight. Not really that type of store. I have been to The Nut Garden a few times. They have expanded their selection over the past 4 years and has become such a cut efun shop. I went in Sat. Jan 12th for one of their amazing big blowout sales. When I walked in the ine was quite large, but they worked thru it very quickly and it was gone before I checked out. this is a family owned business and the children work there- in the pas I had a yound man help me, and teach me how to make my own peanut butter. They offer several flavors that you grind in store. Sat I was helped by a young lady, Avanlee (sp), I went to the wrong register and plopped down ALL my stuff, (even though she was standing behind th eone next to it) I wasn't paying attention- this caught her off guard a bit- but rather than asking me me to move to the right register- she adapted to me with a smile and took care of me!
