A pleasant finding-I could either purchase the ingredients to make an omelette myself, or pay to have someone make it for me. It's a no brainer in my world-I'll always opt to have someone else cook if I have the choice. The omelette was pretty good-packed with veggies. I would have loved more mushrooms and less onions, but that's a personal preference. The atmosphere is casual and inviting-with seating both in the cafe area as well as outside along the front wall of the store. It's located in a strip mall, so it's easy to find and has plenty of shared parking out front. I look forward to returning to browse the retail side a bit-who knows, maybe I'll buy some eggs and make myself an omelette?

The soup, sadly, is not very good, which is kind of a letdown, because it's hard to do poorly with tomato soup. You're supposed to serve the soup yourself, but we weren't aware of that, and the staff was nice enough to dish it up for us! The store portion offers tons of quality healthy foods.
