Delicious noodle options! My go-to is the Pesto Cavatappi with Parmesan Crusted Chicken...mmmm! My daughter got the Spicy Korean Beef Noodles and she enjoyed them, they are spicy so watch out! My 2 year old liked them too, but he was definitely taking big gulps of water in between each bite. We also got the Potstickers and they were ok, nothing special. Now, I'm probably going to get killed for this but, I did not like their Mac N Cheese...that's right...I said it! Sorry to everyone that raves about it, but it was pretty bland, the sauce didn't really stick to the noodles and pooled at the bottom of the bowl and I for sure won't be getting that again. One other thing that was inconvenient was that they didn't have any napkins by the drink area or on tables so you had to go to the cashier to ask for more napkins; seems inconvenient for the customers and employees, especially if it is busy. What's not to love? Quick and friendly service with an endless variety of noodles. It's close to work and I can be in, out and on my way in no time. For fast casual dining the menu is quite diverse. The portions are reasonably sized and I like that they give a calorie count on the menu. I'm a big fan of the pesto cavatapi and any of the Asian noodles if I'm in the mood for something with a little flair. read more

Service was good. Food kind of pricey. I really want to like this place! I've gone back multiple times. The first couples times we got the Spicy Korean Beef Noodles and Pad Thai. I feel like the meat was overcooked, the sauce way overdone, and it was all around just way too salty. We then heard that you don't go here for the asian noodle dishes, so we tried the Steak Stroganoff, Mac & Cheese, and I forget what else. It always seems pretty crowded when I go in there though so just another testament that peoples' tastes differ. I lean away from them lowering their prices as a strategy and more towards revamping their recipes, especially for the Asian dishes, if they find that their business isn't growing or that those dishes aren't selling as well as the others. This location is absolutely filthy! The floor in the kitchen was disgusting and clearly hasn't been properly cleaned in some time. The dining area didn't have one clean table, over flowing garbage cans and filthy floor. The employees could not have cared less about the condition of the restaurant, the food, or their jobs as we heard them discussing how they would fake a stomach illness to get out of their next shift. I've only been to this establish a couple of times and I believe it is going to stay that way. It seems like every time I go here, there's always something wrong with our order; whether it be missing items, the wrong items, food is cold, does not taste right, etc. My most recent experience I ordered some fancy named chicken spaghetti something or other. I was excited to get it and eat it. I heard it was pretty good, actually recommended to me by the person taking our order. Our food was brought out to us after an unusually long wait. When received the food; I twirled it on my fork and into the mouth... it was luke warm/almost cold. What? How could this have happened? The restaurant wasn't even busy. You couldn't have 'forgotten' about our food. Once, taken care of, it was alright. Not great tasting food. Not the friendliest staff. Noodles and company was good. Just a simple run of the mill restaurant with lots of different pasta, and noodle dishes. I had the pulled noodles with beef and broccoli. It was spicy and savory. The restaurant was not very clean, and it was too cold. There were lots of young employees and no one seemed to be in charge. That being said, the young lady that took our order was top notch with a great smile and friendly attitude, I added a star to this review for a job well done by her. read more

I wasn't expecting anything amazing and I was right. I've been to another location before and I don't exactly get the appeal of frozen entree TV dinner food for the price it is sold for, but that seems to be the only thing they offer here. Admittedly it's still good frozen food, but nonetheless, it tastes very processed and like they are employing a bunch of microwaves rather than staff. I did have a craving for pasta, so at least the location was able to scratch that itch, but I don't see why people come here and love it. You are probably better off just buying a frozen entree from the grocery store than spending more money than you need to going here. It just ended up being a good place for me to escape to, as I wanted a little time for being away from work and enjoying some cuddling in a booth with my wife, and it mostly gave me that. read more

I visited after seeing a tiktok that raved about the Wiscontsinian Mac and cheese. It's actually mediocre. It tastes like if you boiled macaroni and added shredded cheese on top. It's also under salted. The pad Thai wasn't bad, but it definitely isn't authentic. Just some noodles, scrambled eggs, wedges of lime, shredded cabbage and an uncut sprig of cilantro. I love when I find a place where I am able to find food that I can eat and that they are so careful and aware. I have a dairy allergy and found out recently. So thankful that some of my favorite place I liked to eat at before still have options for me to eat. The Penne Rosa still has such great flavor despite not being able to have the cream and cheese. The pulled pork tastes awesome with this. There is a little heat to it so the pork helps make it less hot. The potstickers have always been one of my favorite things from there. Writing this review so improvement can be made vs to criticize. After receiving our order, which was just fine, the employees started talking loudly about their first kiss experiences. We were sitting in the farthest seats away from the cooking area/checkout area but we could hear them loud and clear. One of your employees farted during their first make out apparently...which is something I would rather not hear while trying to enjoy my meal. Maybe talking to your employees about volume level/being careful what they talk about would be helpful. Its great that they're getting along enough to disclose those things to one another, but I don't wanna hear it. read more

Having eaten at Noodles all around town I'm not stranger to their menu of entrée options. When I ate at this location in Orem my noodles were barely warm and the chicken was overcooked. Not so Gluten Free. I have had great experiences at other locations. However, this location was not good. Tables were dirty, it smelled like a guys locker room, there were no forks, and my gluten free Pad Thai had 9 macaroni noodles in it. I love Noodles & Company's food but this location is pretty bad. I ordered takeout tonight for a 7 pm pick up and it's 7:25 and I don't have my food yet. They have messed up my order 3 times now and it is so frustrating. I ordered my meal with no meat or cheese, for health complications that I have. It doesn't seem like it should be too difficult. The food is yummy when it is done right, but if you need to substitute any of the ingredients, I would say skip out on this location. Food is mediocre. This location is so dirty. When we came in literally every single open table was dirty- the previous parties order numbers still on the tables, dirty rags left on tables like they considered cleaning them but decided not to. Floor was covered in dropped food. It was not very busy, while we ate the staff just stood around laughing together, so the lack of cleanliness was not because they were too busy or short staffed to manage. I'm not one to leave reviews, but I think I definitely should here. We got the zoodle shrimp scampi, pad Thai, and the potstickers. Zoodle shrimp scampi- it was pretty bland, and there was a ton of sauce almost like a soup lol. The shrimp was good, just basic, but it was feeling and a healthy dish. If you want a healthy choice that is feeling then get this, I wouldn't get it again though. Pad Thai- I'm a big lover of Pad Thai, but this was not my fav, at all. There wasn't a ton of flavor, besides when you would eat one of the 4 pieces of cilantro. The noodles were cooked good, and there was a good amount of egg, which I was thankful for. I wouldn't recommend this dish to anyone, or get it again. Potstickers- they were flat which I thought was odd, I don't think there was any meat in the ones I ate, and besides that there was little flavor besides in the sauce. The cheese in the Mac and cheese was just maybe a table spoon if shredded cheese sprinkled on top and that was it. Really really bland. For me, the only reason to go here is for the sake of kids who want noodles and who might think the soda machine is fun. I appreciate that they have reasonably healthy options (better than fast food) and fast service, but I would never come here of my own volition. When I see young couples or any adult walking in the door, I can't help but wonder why they are not at any number of local ramen places instead. We love Noodles, just not this location. We came in at 8 pm on a Tuesday night and didn't have a very good time. First, the drink machine was out of nearly every soda but coke. No big deal. Next, when we go to sit down, there are 6 empty tables, 5 of which have yet to be cleared. Again, no big deal, except I look over and see 2 young women in the kitchen chit chatting, and a third scrubbing a wall. Now I'm all for cleanliness and I'm glad they clean their walls but it seemed to me that time could be better spent making sure there were clean tables for people to eat at. Third, when they brought our food, they forgot our side of soup, which isn't unusual but bothered me because I was already annoyed about everything else. The final straw was when our food came out, the chicken on my pesto was rubbery and gross. I know Noodles can do better because I love he Sugarhouse location. I haven't been here for a while but the food and environment seems to have gone down quite a bit. The nice plates they used to serve in have been replaced with cheap disposable plastic bowls. My favorite dish (Pad Tai) seems to have changed and isn't as good as it used to be. I probably won't be back soon. read more
